Nanjing Normal University of Special Education (Nanjing Normal University for short) is the only independent provincial undergraduate college in China that trains special education teachers and professionals for the disabled. It is located in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province.
College construction:
There are three campuses in Qixia, Jiangning and Pukou, with a total construction area of 203,400 square meters. There are 95 laboratory (training) rooms on campus, 249 off-campus practice bases, and college 10. There are 22 undergraduate majors, involving seven disciplines. Education, public administration, China language and literature and mathematics are the 14th five-year plan.
Construction achievements:
1. University teachers published monographs (textbooks) 1 12 and papers 1882 in academic journals above the provincial level, including 404 Chinese core journals and 67 CSSCI/kloc-0.
2. The school founded the publication Modern Special Education (Higher Education Edition), and completed the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" national key publishing project and the national fund publishing project "Education and Rehabilitation Library for Special Children" (20 books). To undertake the 12th Five-Year Plan of national education science, key projects of the Ministry of Education and humanities and social science planning projects of the Ministry of Education.
3. Won the Outstanding Achievement Award 19 in Philosophy and Social Science Research, the National Teaching Achievement Award 1 item, and the first and second prizes of Jiangsu Higher Education Teaching Achievement Award.
