What are the engineering ethics problems in ocean engineering?
The education of marine environmental ethics is not strong enough, the port environmental management system needs to be popularized, and the technological innovation ability is not strong. Marine engineering refers to the new construction, reconstruction and expansion project with the aim of developing, utilizing, protecting and restoring marine resources, and the main part of the project is located on the seaward side of the coastline. The engineering ethics problems of marine engineering include the lack of marine environmental ethics education, the port environmental management system to be popularized, and the weak technical innovation ability. Generally speaking, the main contents of marine engineering can be divided into two parts: resource development technology and equipment technology, including land reclamation, offshore dam engineering, artificial islands, offshore and submarine material storage facilities, cross-sea bridges, submarine tunnels, submarine pipelines, submarine electric (optical) cable engineering, marine mineral resources exploration and development and its ancillary projects, offshore tidal power stations, wave power stations, thermoelectric power stations and other marine energy development and utilization projects. Large-scale marine farms, artificial reef projects, salt pans, desalination and other comprehensive utilization projects of seawater, marine culture and sports, landscape development projects and other marine projects as stipulated by the state marine administrative department in conjunction with the environmental protection administrative department of the State Council.
