After logging in successfully, you will come to the registration system of the national medical examination service platform. Click "Exam Registration", and then click "Start New Registration". Select the "category", "level" and "major" to apply for, and click "Search".

Then continue to fill in the information according to the requirements of the page. Be sure to fill it out carefully and don't make any mistakes. Special note: Please select your own electronic photos to submit your personal photos. Specification for online registration photos: small 2-inch recent photo with white background, less than 40kb, jpg format. After filling in the information and photos, click "Next" and fill in the "Work" information. When filling in "Education Experience" and "Training Experience", click "+"to add more education experience and training experience.

After completing the form, click Next.

After the above contents are filled in, the registration system will generate an Application Form for Physician Qualification, and select the examination area and test center. If there are additional test subjects, select additional test subjects; If not, please leave it blank. Here, everyone must carefully check the registration information to see if there is anything wrong. If there are no errors, click "Submit". If there is a mistake, go back and fill it out again before "submitting". After confirmation, download the form, fill in and print it, and then prepare for on-site audit.
