Main contents of military skill training
Military skill training includes basic parade movements and drills, housekeeping, singing military songs, shooting exercises, national defense ideological education and sports performances.

1. Basic parades and drills: including standing at attention, resting, saluting, squatting, sitting down, marching, marching, running and standing in a military posture.

2, housekeeping: mainly including hygiene, folding quilts (stacked tofu blocks), and the placement of various indoor items. In fact, another purpose of military training to pay attention to internal affairs is to exercise people's style. Soldiers should have a positive style and exercise from the classification of internal affairs.

3. Singing military songs: Military training, instructors will teach you to sing military songs. Music military poems are thick, crisp and powerful. It can break the stiff soul and pour into the roar of the wind and the majestic rain.

4, shooting practice: shooting will be carried out in a specific place, the coach will give everyone three to five bullets, and then shoot the target in front under the guidance of a special person. Shooting with live ammunition is the most exciting thing for students. This project is generally postponed until the end, first practice aiming, and then shoot.

5. National defense ideological education: Students should learn the basic knowledge of modern military technology, the characteristics of modern warfare, the international military situation and strategic and tactical ideas.

Five basic movements and standards of military training

1, note: the basic posture of the players is the basis of the queue action.

Action essentials: the heels are close together, and the toes are separated outward by about 60 degrees. Feet straight, abdomen slightly retracted, chest natural, upper body upright, slightly forward; Shoulders should be flat and slightly backward; The arms naturally droop, the fingers naturally bend slightly together, the tip of the thumb is attached to the second section of the index finger, and the middle finger is attached to the seam; Keep your head straight and your neck straight; Keep your mouth closed, your chin miniature and your eyes straight ahead.

2. Straddling: mainly used for practice and standing guard, note that it can be interchanged.

Action essentials: the left foot is about one foot to the left, the legs are naturally straight, the upper body stays at attention, and the body center of gravity falls between the two feet. Put your hands behind your back, hold your right wrist with your left hand, bend your fingers together naturally, and turn your palm to the right.

Step 3 be at ease:

Action essentials: the left foot extends about two-thirds of the whole foot along the toe direction, the legs are naturally straight, the upper body is kept at attention, and most of the body's center of gravity falls on the right foot (if the rest time is too long, you can change your feet yourself).

4, stop the transmission method:

(1) Turn right (left). Action essentials: Take the right (left) heel as the axis, and simultaneously exert force in front of the right (left) leg and the left (right) sole to make the body and feet turn 90 degrees to the right (left). The body center of gravity falls on the right (left) foot, the left (right) foot takes a shortcut, and quickly approaches the right (left) foot to establish a positive posture. When turning around and tiptoeing, keep your legs straight and your upper body at attention. Turn half of your face to the right (left) and turn 45 degrees according to the principle of turning right (left).

(2) Turn back, action essentials: Turn back 180 degrees according to the essentials of turning back.

5. Synchronization: used for the orderly progress of queues.

Action essentials: the left foot steps forward about 75cm to land, the body center of gravity moves forward, and the right foot moves according to this method; Upper body upright, slightly forward; Fingers gently close together, thumb on the second index finger. Both arms swing naturally. When swinging forward, the elbow is bent, the forearm is naturally retracted, the palm is slightly downward and inward, the thumb root is aligned with the button line, the lowest button is the same height, and 25cm away from the body; When swinging backwards, the arm is naturally straight, and the front side of the wrist is about 30cm away from the trouser line.
