First, the current status of ideological and political education in fire forces

(A) insufficient understanding of regular ideological and political education

(2) The traditional way of thinking in education does not adapt to the development of the army.

With the continuous improvement and development of the socialist market economy and the continuous advancement of building a well-off society in an all-round way, a series of profound changes have taken place in the environment, tasks, ideological concepts, value orientation and behavior patterns of officers and men, which not only injected vitality and vitality into the regular ideological and political education in the army, but also put forward many new topics for the ideological and political education in the army. (3) The educational goal is too high, too urgent and too empty, which is difficult for officers and men to accept.

At present, the motivation, education level, life experience and family status of soldiers are different; Many soldiers lack basic moral education before joining the army, influenced by decadent social ideology and culture, and have a weak correct world outlook and outlook on life. However, when the army carries out regular ideological and political education, it often ignores the diversity of the ideological level of the educational object, and the setting of educational objectives and contents is divorced from reality. First, the educational goal is too high. Pay more attention to long-term goals than stage goals; Pay more attention to advanced goals than extensive goals; Pay more attention to political goals than moral goals; Pay more attention to ideological goals than psychological goals. It is not enough to proceed from reality and grasp the starting point of ideological education; Did not pay attention to the basic problems of being a man, and did not really improve the ideological and political quality of officers and men step by step from shallow to deep and from low to high. Second, the educational requirements are too urgent. They lack an objective understanding of the differences and complexity of the educational objects' thoughts, hate iron to produce steel, like immediate results, and beg for "qualitative change" in education, so that officers and men with different ideological levels can suddenly become "living Lei Feng", which violates the law of gradual progress in education and from quantitative change to qualitative change. Third, the educational content is too empty. Afraid of direct contact with social contradictions and problems, they are used to engaging in idealized "pure" education behind closed doors, and the truth is quite different from the social phenomenon seen by the educational object; Being divorced from the task and fundamental function of the fire fighting forces, educating for the sake of education and lacking fire fighting characteristics leads to "inadequate education" and affects the role of ideological and political work.

(D) The methods and means of regular ideological and political education are outdated, and the quality of educators is low.

Under the new situation of the development of modern science and technology, due to the development of mass media, the channels for officers and men to receive social information and exchange have expanded, the frequency of ideological changes has accelerated, and the external factors affecting officers and men's thinking have increased, showing obvious uncertainty and increasing the difficulty in grasping the ideological situation of the army. Officers and men often watch a news, answer a phone call, read a letter and go home once, and their thoughts and emotions may fluctuate. Although in recent years, the political departments at higher levels have also adopted video lectures, open-door lectures, and I'll give a class to enrich the educational channels, and achieved good results, the regular ideological and political education methods at the grass-roots level have been influenced by many aspects, and the method of "I tell you and listen" is still used most of the time, making education unattractive and infectious.

(A) from the object of regular ideological work to find the starting point of regular ideological education.

Whether the regular ideological work is not implemented in place or well depends on whether the object of regular ideological education can be correctly identified. The breakthrough point of what we call the object of regular ideological education mainly comes from the ideological changes of grassroots officers and soldiers. For example, the ideological changes of grass-roots officers and soldiers will involve the training of recruits, getting off the squadron, adapting to squadron life, adapting to fire fighting, performing duties, training, joining the party, taking exams, transferring to non-commissioned officers, learning skills, and cultivating dual-purpose talents. At this time, a slight change will affect the work of officers and men, but it will bring great obstacles to the all-round construction of grass-roots units and even lead to various safety accidents. Therefore, every grass-roots ideological and political worker is required to find a breakthrough point for doing regular ideological work in combination with the actual situation at the grass-roots level, because only by finding a breakthrough point can we provide a strong basis for doing regular ideological work in a targeted manner. Therefore, in our regular ideological work, we should strengthen our understanding of grassroots life: 1, those who are deeply influenced by incorrect ideas and have a vague understanding of political consciousness. 2. Individualism can't correctly treat the admission, promotion and selection of non-commissioned officers. 7, family changes, neighborhood disputes, heavy ideological burden. 8, narrow-minded, withdrawn, frustrated, irritable and other objects to understand and master. It is also necessary to find the right starting point in inheriting and developing good experience and good methods, so as to provide a strong guarantee for the regular ideological work of grassroots officers and men in an all-round way.

(2) Insist on doing regular ideological education with scientific analysis and accurate judgment.

Scientific analysis is to process the mastered ideological situation and found ideological problems by "removing the rough and selecting the essence, removing the false and retaining the true, from this to the other, from the outside to the inside", so as to draw conclusions and lay the foundation for accurately judging and solving recurring ideological problems. At the same time, in the accurate judgment of scientific analysis, we should also take the unchangeable ideological facts as the basis, avoid favoritism, guard against subjectivity and arbitrariness, comprehensively and scientifically analyze the one-sidedness of words and deeds, and be good at seeing the superficiality of essential words and deeds through phenomena. Therefore, in the regular ideological work, we must use scientific analysis and accurate judgment to solve ideological problems. First, it is necessary to distinguish whether it is a practical problem or an ideological problem, a cognitive problem or a political problem, an unintentional mistake or a deliberate destruction. Second, we should analyze and judge the scale, scope and degree of ideological reflection, mainly analyzing the proportion and scope of ideological behavior. Third, we should carefully analyze the causes and results of our thoughts and behaviors, and infer the development results of our future ideological situation.

(3) Give full play to the educational guiding role of the ideological backbone.

The target of regular ideological work is mainly grass-roots officers and soldiers, and it cannot be done by leaders and political cadres alone. The ideological backbone must be mobilized to help do it well. Because the ideological backbone itself is a part of the military, like the general military, because of their similar age and life experience, they have more in common in terms of thoughts and feelings, hobbies, marriage and family, so the ideological backbone has more in common with the military in ideological work. They can put themselves in their own shoes, show themselves, and convince and educate soldiers with their own personal experiences and feelings, which is more targeted and realistic and will make soldiers feel real and easy to understand and accept. At the same time, actively establish a helping pair, so that the ideological backbone can establish a friend relationship with the ideological object in the process of helping and teaching, and urge the ideological object to change their ideas as soon as possible, overcome difficulties and correct shortcomings by putting themselves in their shoes.

(4) Strengthening cultural construction and promoting regular ideological work.

Practice tells us that a lively police camp culture is an important carrier for doing regular ideological work. In view of the diversity of spiritual and cultural needs of officers and men in the new period, it is an issue that we must pay attention to to to further create a people-oriented and people-oriented police camp cultural environment. With the improvement of officers and men's cultural level and cultural appreciation level, higher requirements are put forward for the cultural construction of police camp. Therefore, we must conform to the requirements of the times, further strengthen the cultural construction of police camps, and effectively integrate regular ideological work into the cultural construction of police camps. First, strengthen the investment in police camp culture construction and do a good job in police camp culture hardware construction. Second, with the help of social experience and strength, we should promote the construction of police camp culture, actively participate in various healthy cultural activities in society in combination with the actual situation of the army, and strive to share resources, promote each other and improve together. Third, efforts should be made to cultivate cultural talents in police camps. In view of the fact that police camps lack cultural backbones and their quality is not high, we should do a good job in cultivating cultural backbones, constantly improve their quality, and let them play a "leading role" in cultural activities in police camps. Fourth, strictly organize and standardize police camp cultural activities. According to the requirements of "there are songs in the queue, activities on weekends and holidays, sports competitions every month, and parties on major festivals", efforts should be made to improve the cultural quality of police camps, create excellent police camp culture, and make high-quality and high-level police camp cultural activities promote regular ideological work.

As a grass-roots political cadre, we should not only learn to find the breakthrough point of doing grass-roots ideological work well, but also have the ability to do it well.
