"

In other words, cheating in exams clearly defined in the current criminal law is limited to "organizational cheating" and is not aimed at cheating candidates themselves. For Hubei candidates who cheat in the college entrance examination, the punishment is only based on the Measures for Handling Violations in National Education Examinations, such as disqualification of examinations, invalid scores, etc., and criminal responsibility will not be investigated.
