Before the announcement of this notice, users who have used gas-fired wall-hung boilers or household electric heating have been identified by the district and county governments (including Jinan High-tech Zone Management Committee and Nanbushan Management Committee) and have been subsidized for heating gas and electricity according to the above standards since the heating season of 20 17, and do not enjoy the one-time purchase subsidy of 2000 yuan for heating equipment.
