As an answer, I know the hard work behind every teacher. I always hold a fair attitude and never make any negative comments on them. But sometimes, it is inevitable to meet some teachers who are slightly inadequate in teaching. There may be the following situations:

Lack of concern

Some teachers may not pay enough attention to students' troubles, problems and learning progress, and lack sensitivity and patience to students' individual differences.

Lack of preparation and teaching ability

Some teachers may lack knowledge reserves or teaching skills, which makes them unable to answer students' doubts or teach knowledge.

unfair treatment

Some teachers may be partial to students because of personal prejudice, which undoubtedly brings unfair treatment to students and undermines their enthusiasm and confidence.

Constructive communication

Everyone's evaluation of teachers is subjective and may be influenced by personal experience. Although some teachers may be unsatisfactory in some aspects, they may have excellent performance in other aspects. In order to improve the quality of education, we should respect the efforts of others and communicate with them in a constructive way to grow together.
