One word: "tired"
Finally, I look forward to my senior year's educational internship, and everyone is very excited. Seeing that students from other majors don't have to attend classes and travel to and from newspapers, institutions and companies all day, I can't help but envy them. However, after a few days, everyone's feelings and views on the internship coincide: educational internship is the most interesting of all internships-we can lead and command dozens of "student soldiers" like generals, and their innocent or adoring eyes make people close and comforted. College/kloc-more than 0/00 senior three students were assigned to several middle schools in Wuhan for internships, including high schools and junior high schools; Class I and Class II; Keys, not keys. ...
I went to high school in Hankou, not in the same class, but it is quite famous in Hankou, and it is also a famous school in Class Two. I get up at 5 o'clock every morning, then go to school by bus and go back to school around 6 o'clock in the evening. After four days of internship, I can describe that feeling in one word, that is, tired! One day, I stayed up all night, running around in the morning and evening, and I was tired; Secondly, I help the teacher to correct homework and test papers every day. I'm exhausted. It's easy to wait until the weekend (September 16), when "colleagues" get together to communicate, and the expressions of mutual joy and helplessness seem to be the same, indicating that among all teachers, the Chinese teacher is the most tired!
Let me talk about my feelings first.
I have two ideals: first, to make some contributions to education; The second is to promote the development of legal career. It was my two teachers in junior high school and senior high school who guided me to establish this ideal. Therefore, teachers have always been sacred in my mind, especially Chinese teachers, who not only teach people knowledge, but also teach people the truth of being a man. However, as a teacher, it is not easy to become an excellent Chinese teacher without a certain degree of moral accomplishment accumulation. Of course, this is just my personal opinion.
On the other hand, although the internship time is only four days, I am somewhat disappointed, which is manifested in the following aspects.
First, the concept of Chinese teaching. First of all, Chinese should be the unity of instrumentality and humanity. However, a large number of teachers hold the concept of instrumentalism, focusing on the usage analysis of words, words and sentences; Although the explanation of the article is also interspersed with relevant historical background knowledge, it is rarely used as a starting point to talk about its historical reference significance; In the teaching mode, instead of focusing on enlightening teaching, it is a common "full house irrigation" education mode; Lack of necessary communication between teachers and students. The reasons are as follows: ① Limited class hours, teachers are worried that they can't finish the teaching tasks, blindly catch up with the progress and ignore the students' acceptance ability. (2) It is difficult for students to drive without cooperation. It is not difficult to find that the crux of the problem lies in the lack of interaction between teachers and students in the classroom. I am impressed by the profound knowledge of Chinese teachers, but I am not "completely convinced", because it is not difficult for a teacher with many years of teaching experience to do this, and there is no need to be proud of it. Teaching itself is a two-way activity, in which teachers and students are two essential factors. Both of them are indispensable (or teachers and students are not harmonious), which actually indicates the failure of Chinese teaching.
Second, language is a general term for oral expression and written expression. Nowadays, Chinese teaching is mostly limited to the explanation and analysis of classic examples, and the teaching goal only focuses on the understanding of words, words and sentences, but fails to consolidate and deepen the knowledge learned in time, so that the scientific methodology of "applying what you have learned" has become an empty label. For example, the composition teaching class is just a symbolic class to complete the teaching task, which seems to have nothing to do with the Chinese class itself. As far as material composition is concerned, 80% of students are in three stages: the first stage simply describes the material, the middle stage combines with reality, and the last stage slogans a few words, which is difficult to reflect students' personal thoughts; In the teaching of classical Chinese, most texts are philosophical and easy to transfer and apply. The teacher asked all the students to read and write silently, and the students did the same. But I found that few of these students transferred their knowledge of classical Chinese to their compositions. I can't help but sigh: those children study too hard! Of course, four days of short observation of teaching practice can't prove anything. It is inevitable that there will be the possibility of replacing the surface with the point and generalizing the whole. However, the impression itself is not useless, at least it makes me realize that there is a gap between teaching theory and teaching practice. The geometric shape of the gap is unknown, and it is expected to be found in the later internship time.
Secondly, the students' learning situation. I have a science class in grade two. Most internship colleagues speculate that this class is not easy to manage. After entering the class, I found that it was actually a very boring class. Their study task is very heavy. Self-study begins at 7: 20 every morning, with five classes in the morning, four classes in the afternoon and self-study at night. That is, students have to be at school from 7: 20 a.m. to 7: 30 p.m., and they have to do several courses when they go home at night, which takes 2 to 5 hours to complete. According to statistics, in 24 hours a day, except for 12 hours at school and 5 hours after returning home, only 7 hours are spent in sleep. Very sad! The Labor Law clearly stipulates that the daily working hours of workers shall not exceed 8 hours. Should its legal objects also include students? More importantly, students have to bear great mental pressure. For example, those who enter the fast class are afraid of falling behind the slow class, and those who are among the best are also worried about the best in a class of schools. Sadly, when correcting students' material compositions, I saw a student write an article entitled "Broken jars and broken falls", in which there was a passage that said: "Poor students in slow classes like us waste food when they live, waste land when they die ..." I really doubt this practice of distinguishing first-class and second-class schools, dividing them into fast and slow classes, and grasping the enrollment rate! What is the teaching philosophy of middle school? After finishing primary school, I want to enter key junior high schools, because only those schools are admitted to key high schools; After attending a key high school, I want to enter a famous university, because a famous university can guarantee a good job, so a good job can bring a good life ... Is that true? After China's entry into WTO, there are more opportunities and jobs, but the employment rate has not improved. In 2006, Hubei Province made a plan to encourage and call on college students to find jobs in rural areas. This shows that the diploma is depreciating and the job will be harder to find. Think about it, is it really difficult to find a job? Not exactly. Too high and too low is a common problem of college students, and the crux lies in poor hands-on ability. Why else are there no interviews for many jobs? Is there something wrong with our college education? It should be noted that the university is a temple for students to learn by themselves. So the responsibility lies mainly with the students. However, from another angle, can we also ask: What ability has the current secondary education cultivated for students? In this way, there are many words. The game between quality education and exam-oriented education is not achieved overnight.
Finally, the teaching of teachers. The teacher's slogan is "efficient class, no discount on homework, proper execution!" " Yes, it has also been proved that the teacher who is most cruel to students and willing to spend "time" will get good grades in any course. But it is worth noting that "good" grades can be measured by "high scores", so can science and liberal arts? Is it necessary to master high scores? Or is there real talent and learning, or is it excellent in character and knowledge? The math and chemistry teachers in my class are young female teachers, who are very professional and often sacrifice their spare time to make up lessons for students. Especially in mathematics, the total score of a single subject is naturally the first in the whole grade, but few students in the class have a good impression on the teacher. From the conversation with the instructor, I found that they were partial to the students. That is, good students are hard-working, intelligent and virtuous; Students with poor grades are just the opposite. This intangible evaluation standard of "judging character by achievements" will undoubtedly impact students' own fragile emotional value system, have a negative psychological shadow on students, and even mislead them into going astray. This kind of rebellious psychology reflected in students' weekly diaries is actually worrying.

Dealing with students is an art.
For those of us who have just entered middle school, it is still difficult to get rid of childishness, especially in the role transformation from students to teachers. While we are excited, we are inevitably at a loss. Students are too active, feel that they don't respect themselves enough, are too bored or ignore you, and feel that they are too indifferent and boring. Nearly half a month in middle school, everyone's feelings can be described as ups and downs. They feel good and have a sense of accomplishment. There are disappointment, sadness and resentment ... it comes down to one thing, that is, I don't know how to communicate with students!
Personally, I think it is difficult for your instructor to let go of the teacher's assessment, because the school has strict requirements on the enrollment rate, so that interns can do a lot of tricks. At this time, we can't complain, after all, the country's educational shortcomings can't be changed overnight. We should take the initiative, set a small goal for ourselves, and find some ways to adapt ourselves to achieve the purpose of internship. You can't give up just because the instructor is cold. We should not be careless because the instructor is conservative, let alone because the students are cold or naughty. Now you want to learn knowledge, you ask them, not that they want to curry favor with you, you should show the spirit of cheekiness. I want to remind you that practice has proved to be very important, whether you are taking the postgraduate entrance examination or looking for a job. It takes so much time anyway, why not cherish it? If the normal students who graduated from Hu Da can't find a job, they can't compare with some, such as.
In my opinion, the key to internship is to deal with students, and dealing with students is an abstruse art! The Chinese teacher is the most tired of all teachers. (There is the most homework to correct) Not only teach knowledge, but also teach people how to be a man. The most regrettable thing is that the current education does not attach importance to Chinese as other courses do. Everyone thinks Chinese is the easiest, and Chinese graduate students are the best. Really? I don't want to discuss this problem with you here.
Listening to Chinese class, I admire my tutor's profound academic foundation. The more I listen, the less confident I am. The more I listen to it, the more I feel that I have spent four years in college. Later, I thought it was not difficult to make up for this defect. First, the instructor has been teaching for more than ten years, and it is difficult to think about only a few texts over and over again. Second, college education complicates simple things, while middle school education simplifies complex things. It has a fixed model. At that time, teaching can learn from each other's strengths, and it is not too late to make up while teaching. I think the most difficult thing is how to guide students. We are all students, and we all deeply understand the influence of a good teacher on students. Sometimes our teaching philosophy may affect a student's life! Of course, I am not an experienced expert or even inexperienced at all. I just want to discuss my recent internship experience with my colleagues. There are three points here.
First of all, we should be calm. Some students in our class are very gentle. I was worried that they would be bullied from the beginning. In fact, they did. As for who they are, I won't say. Let's guess. For such students, we should learn not to be angry, but to give corn and sticks. My instructor said: in middle school, the relationship between students and teachers is the relationship between mice and cats, and naughty students are afraid. For students who are under heavy study burden all day, the internship teacher is undoubtedly their fresh air, but they feel that the teacher is not so mysterious and happy. It is understandable that they are naughty. If you are in charge of discipline and the students don't listen, you stand next to him without saying a word and look at him angrily, and he is embarrassed to be a good person. Silence is really golden. This move will never work!
Secondly, everyone must read Zhou Ji. Even if he copied it, you can find his character by copying this article, but not another one. From Zhou Ji, we can understand their difficulties, moods and thoughts, and then encourage them to chat quietly with them and open their hearts! I have had successful cases, and everyone is interested in coming to talk to me. )
Finally, get in touch with students as much as possible. You can manage the time in self-study class and afternoon!
