The following personal answers are for reference only. Uniforms are a status symbol. They give others a professional feeling. Teachers are a special profession. They need affinity very much. If it is casual, you can communicate with students better. Even teachers in casual clothes are afraid at first. What if the teacher wears a school uniform? The answer is obvious. As far as economic conditions are concerned, it is not completely unreasonable. But in some developed countries like the United States, why don't their teachers wear school uniforms? So economic conditions are not the key to the problem. Perhaps, children are more looking forward to an approachable ordinary teacher than a group of teachers wearing uniform clothes or even uniform expressions. This is just a personal opinion. ..
