Discussion and expansion of set and classification
As a front-line kindergarten teacher, there is no shortcut on the road of professional development. For the education and teaching of set and classification, we need to understand the general basic forms of classification, the relationship between set and classification, explore how to effectively help children understand the diversity of classification, understand what process children should take to develop their classification ability, understand the difficulties in the relationship and operation between sets, and what help teachers and parents should give them to promote their development.

1. In the expansion activities, we can collect items with different sizes, shapes, colors, categories, textures and uses and put them in relatively open containers in the classroom, so that children can directly observe and feel that they can play with these items, and then observe and record how children operate these items, with the emphasis on observing whether they classify the items and the classification standards adopted.

2. Design a classified game suitable for one or more children, introduce and explain the game to the people around you, and describe how you play with your children. Please discuss it together and give your own opinions and suggestions. You can make improvements and adjustments according to their suggestions, which is also a way to learn from each other.

3. Collect and consult the activity plan or experience literature related to collection and classification through the network and other channels, try to actually modify the plan by yourself, communicate, share and talk with colleagues later, and reflect on verification and action.

Children's learning depends on intuition. We provide a variety of emotional operation materials for children's game learning behavior, enrich the items that children can contact directly, and help children learn to collect classified knowledge.
