"Four regression" refers to the "return to common sense, duty, heart and dream" put forward by the Ministry of Education for the construction of high-level undergraduate education and the quality of personnel training. Only by deeply understanding the scientific connotation and spiritual essence of the "Four Regression" and closely combining it with the reality of continuing education with higher academic qualifications can we truly follow the "Four Regression" and realize the new achievements in the reform and development of continuing education with higher academic qualifications in the new period. Expanding knowledge, continuing high-degree education, deeply understanding and taking the lead in promoting the "Four Returns" have more important significance in the times:

(A) is conducive to colleges and universities to rethink and clarify the original intention, objectives and positioning of continuing education with higher education, to ensure the socialist direction of continuing education with higher education, to effectively improve the political position, and not to get lost in the "profit-seeking".
