In order to fully implement the further change of work style, serious work discipline and improve work quality and efficiency, our school has carried out activities to rectify work style and discipline. Through careful study and discussion in the first stage, I have the following experiences and understandings about this centralized rectification work:

First, the understanding of the necessity and importance of carrying out work style and discipline rectification.

Strengthening the construction of work style is the requirement of implementing the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the Seventeenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and further strengthening the construction of cadres' work style, which is an important guarantee to promote the rapid development of our school. Carrying out discipline rectification of work style is the need to further strengthen work style construction, and also the need to build a dynamic, learning, efficient, clean and innovative school. According to the content requirements of the rectification style, we should carefully find out the problems and shortcomings in the work ideas, work styles and ideological work, analyze the reasons, sort out the ideas, formulate perfect and feasible rectification measures, and make great efforts to do a good job in rectification.

Second, actively study the learning materials related to the rectification of work style, participate in rectification activities, carefully take study notes, and learn while changing. In terms of methods, we should adopt criticism and self-criticism, actively correct our own problems and improve our own construction in an all-round way. By rectifying the style of work, the problems existing in ideological style, work style and discipline style are completely solved.

Third, through this profound study, carry out criticism and self-criticism, and deeply find out the problems existing in your thoughts, work and discipline. According to the requirements of rectification, I carefully searched and sorted out my own problems, and found that my ideological style was lazy and muddled along, and my work style was formalistic and not innovative. There are problems with organizational discipline, such as the crux, and time is not in place.

In view of the above problems and phenomena, I made a serious analysis and study, repeatedly compared the requirements of discipline rectification, found the reasons ideologically, learned lessons from my work, made clear the rectification objectives, unswervingly carried out the rectification work, and insisted on rectification while checking. If it can be rectified immediately, I will rectify it immediately. If it can't be rectified immediately, I promise to rectify it in a limited time.

In short, through this study and rectification, my understanding of the importance of style construction has been greatly improved. As a people's teacher, I will strengthen self-discipline according to the requirements of style and discipline rectification. At the same time, we should be strict with ourselves in the rectification, so that we can not relax our thinking and discipline, and complete all the work assigned by the school leaders in a solid, efficient and thorough manner. Secondly, we should start from now on, start from ourselves, carefully check our ideological style, study style, work style and life style, find problems, improve them in time, and make contributions to the development of the school with good work style and pioneering spirit. We should always keep our ideals and beliefs in mind and remain politically sober. Always bear in mind the responsibility and mission, and vigorously promote the reform and development of our school. Always bear in mind the party discipline and state laws, love their posts and be dedicated, be willing to endure hardships and be brave in innovation.

Summary of school discipline and style rectification work

With the development of the times, "educating people" has new contents and requirements. In order to further improve the overall quality of the teaching staff, this year, the discipline and style rectification activities were carried out in the education system. Through careful study, I fully realize that the profession of teachers is not only to complete their own teaching tasks, but also to be strict with themselves in life and work, improve their professional level and enhance their moral quality and sense of responsibility. Now I will report my experience as follows:

One is to raise awareness and unify thoughts. Through study, I deeply realized the importance and necessity of this rectification activity of teachers' ideological style and discipline education. As a teacher, I must combine the rectification of work style with the continuous promotion of all work in combination with the actual work of the school, so that the rectification of education can be synchronized with the current work, and truly "think about things with your heart and do things with your heart."

Second, improve immediately, starting with me. From now on, start from small things, carefully check your own ideological style, study style and life style, find problems, improve them in time, and make contributions to the development of the school with a good style and the spirit of keeping pace with the times! Third, be pragmatic and focus on action. Establish a pragmatic image, be brave in dealing with "emptiness" and "falsehood" and "drift" and "floating". Advocate hard work, never talk, set goals and persevere; Be pragmatic, talk less and do more, do good deeds and let the facts speak for themselves. Put all your energy and time into the implementation of all the work.

Fourth, strengthen learning and self-improvement. Long-term study of education law and teachers' law, strict demands on themselves according to the professional ethics of primary and secondary school teachers, understanding the spirit of the 17th CPC National Congress and Scientific Outlook on Development, and striving for people's education. Learning is an important way to increase talents and improve quality, and it is a lifelong task for teachers. I want to enhance my vision, insight and control through study. Strengthen the study of political theory, arm our minds with scientific theory, and enhance the initiative and consciousness of implementing Scientific Outlook on Development and building a harmonious society.

Five, the overall situation, obey the arrangement. I want to further strengthen the concept and consciousness of the overall situation, establish the idea of "playing a game of chess" and consciously obey the unified deployment and major decisions of the school Committee. Strengthen the consciousness of subject, responsibility and service, stick to the post to perform their duties, perform their duties in place, enhance the execution, and achieve "the final say, do it well."

Sixth, improve methods and break through innovation. By improving working methods, perfecting working mechanism and innovating working ideas, I will further emancipate my mind, update my ideas, keep pace with the times, constantly improve my working methods and pay attention to them, especially in the teaching process, put new teaching ideas, new teaching methods and the ability to use new teaching means in a more prominent position, and constantly improve my comprehensive quality. Be good at using new teaching ideas to improve teaching methods and change students' learning methods, thus stimulating students' innovative vitality. On the basis of learning, we should innovate boldly, gradually form our own teaching characteristics, continuously improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching, and make new contributions to comprehensively improve the quality of school education and teaching.

I have benefited a lot from this study. Summary of rectification of school discipline and work style

We have carefully studied the spirit of the speech at the meeting on the rectification of professional ethics and discipline, as if we had experienced an ideological baptism. I deeply reflected on ten problems in my work and found the following problems and shortcomings:

First, theoretical study is lax.

The main reason is that the ideological understanding is not deep. In my opinion, those political theories and educational theories are indifferent to front-line teachers, so they just stay on the surface without in-depth study, which leads to a lot of confusion in the teaching process. The fundamental reason lies in my subjective burnout, objective lack of initiative and theoretical literacy.

Second, the business level needs to be improved.

Compared with the comrades and old teachers around me, I lack my own experience and have a certain gap in professional level. In particular, my study of the new curriculum standards is not deep enough, and I can't understand the new educational concept in time and dynamically, and I can't keep up with the times. The root cause is my rigid thinking.

Third, the teaching and research efforts are insufficient.

As a middle-level teacher, in recent years, although I have seriously participated in various teaching and research activities such as topic research and collective lesson preparation, I always feel that the teaching and research atmosphere in our school is not strong enough and the results are not significant enough. Although some efforts have been made in the research of teaching methods, few high-quality teaching and research papers have been written. I always use the excuse of heavy teaching task and short time to prevaricate, which leads to little progress in my educational research.

Fourth, the work style is not solid enough.

When encountering difficulties, we should not "advance despite difficulties". Sometimes, when we relax, we can't innovate in our work. We are always hidebound, timid, afraid of making mistakes in our work and not taking the initiative in our work. We always think that it is enough to do a good job given by the leaders, and we can't think hard and give ideas, thus making the work stagnate.

If there is a problem, we must correct it. The following are my rectification measures and my efforts:

1. Take an active part in political study, raise awareness, update ideas, establish advanced educational concepts, arm your mind with scientific knowledge, treat education with loyalty and love, pursue education as your own ideal, and do every little thing well in teaching.

Second, strengthen theoretical study, seriously study teaching methods, improve professional level and teaching ability, carefully prepare lessons, strive to improve classroom efficiency, enhance the charm of teaching art, and strive for a new level of teaching quality.

Third, reflect on the teaching process, sum up teaching experience, learn from every colleague around you, turn pressure into motivation, actively promote the continuous improvement of their own abilities, study hard, think hard, sum up more, and then apply the acquired teaching experience and methods to teaching practice.

Fourth, self-analysis and self-criticism are strictly required in the work, and self-growth is promoted through constant reflection. In the work, we should strengthen the awareness of quality products, or do not do it, and try our best to do it well. Be bold and active in the work you are responsible for, don't just stay at the level of uploading and distributing, but proceed from the work requirements and work together with comrades in the same department to complete all the work with high quality.

Fifth, be willing to pay and realize yourself. As a teacher, you should have ambition and be willing to contribute, and realize your ambition through dedication.

In a word, excellent teachers' morality is the basis of doing a good job in education. Full of confidence in the future work, but also increased the sense of crisis. I will always insist on learning and pursuing, enhance my sense of service, start from every little thing, and strive to be an educator with a clear conscience from now on.
