1, concretization of responsibilities-working hard on concreteness and depth. Starting with refining the list of responsibilities of party organizations at all levels, we should establish a top-down and interlocking system to grasp the responsibilities and objectives of grassroots party building.
2. Standardization of debriefing-setting standards in scope and form. In accordance with the "Implementation Measures for Special Debriefing Evaluation of Party Building Responsibility at the Grass-roots Level in Meilong Town (Trial)", a debriefing reporting mechanism was established from top to bottom to continuously expand the scope of debriefing.
3. Normalization of supervision-establishing prevention and accountability mechanisms. Further promote the openness of party affairs and maximize party member's right to know, participate, choose and supervise inner-party affairs. Further improve the working mechanism of "six meetings and three openness" and adhere to the whole process supervision.
4. Rectification and publicity-seeking practical results in publicity and implementation. The key to the effective learning and education of "two studies and one doing" is to solve problems throughout the whole process of learning and education.
