In the past, the judge who held the gavel and the power of life and death played with the law for his own greed, but now he has become a prisoner on trial. Such a change in his role undoubtedly shames China's judicial cause. Sigh is ridiculous because of shame, and immoral because of shame!
We often say that we should be a man before doing things. Then how do you behave? "Learning from each other" says: a saint with both ability and political integrity, a gentleman with virtue but no talent, a fool without virtue and no talent, and a villain with talent and no virtue. I find it difficult to be a saint. There have been so many saints in China for thousands of years, but no matter whether it is a gentleman or a fool, a villain can't, because a villain will be nailed to the shame column of history. People like Huang Songyou, in the words of Lu Xun, are "full of benevolence, righteousness and morality, full of thieves and prostitutes". It's hard to find virtue in them. Therefore, I believe that being a man should not lose the basic principles of being a man and should not break the moral bottom line that a man should have. For example, if you see a man who falls into the water, if you have the ability to go into the water to save people, you should go to save people without hesitation;
If you can't save people in the water, you can call the police for help.
But you must never stand on the shore and put on an ugly face of gloating and pointing to seek happiness, because at this time you have broken the moral bottom line of being a man, and at the same time it is tantamount to becoming a villain and being despised! The difference between people and animals is often at this moment. No matter how you associate with people or animals, you have a clear-cut stand. Sometimes even animals despise you, so you are worse than animals, because crows still know that the principle of feedback is an excellent moral character acquired by thousands of years of traditional education in China. Huang Songyou and others really broke the moral bottom line of being a man and being a judge in our sacred, just and fair career, and were finally spurned by the world. The pride of the past society, the prisoner of today, the worldwide social gap, shame and regret will accompany him all his life. As an ordinary judge of a grass-roots court, I think it is not worth it from any angle, it is not worth it! In fact, this account of life is easy to calculate. People living in the world are not just food, clothing, housing and transportation and freedom. Food, clothing, housing and transportation are the basic needs of the material level, while freedom is the needs of the spiritual level. As a judge, the work is very hard and the income is not too high, but on the whole, it is enough to meet the above basic material and spiritual needs. Huang Songyou and others play politics because of moral decay. As a result, even the most basic material needs and spiritual needs are not guaranteed.
Morality is one's inner self-discipline. I remember that I participated in pre-job training at the beginning of my career as a judge, mainly in professional ethics training. Now it seems that I have higher requirements on the basis of being a man. Being a man has moral requirements, and being a judge has professional ethics, which includes the moral requirements of being a man. But people like Huang Songyou not only lost the professional ethics of judges in the face of greed, but also lost the morality of being a man. In the face of money, beauty, morality and restraint, extreme madness must be self-destruction. Compared with the characters in Zi Tong Zhi Jian, they are undoubtedly villains. For this reason, I am puzzled that the Code of Conduct for Judges is stipulated in the Professional Ethics and Practice Discipline of Judges, which also stipulates the consequences of judges' violation of professional ethics and practice discipline. Every action may bring disaster, but then a series of bans are issued to restrain our actions. Why? When some moths are exposed, people often lament that our system is not perfect and look forward to perfection. I think this argument is completely wrong, in order to liberate those who don't do what they should do and to cover up their dereliction of duty. Because our first system was never seriously implemented, it led to many bans later, and the bans continued. If you study the ban carefully, you will feel deja vu. When you went to check, it was already stipulated, just detailed. As a result, social strange phenomena emerge one after another: the wind of eating and drinking is becoming more and more forbidden, and the wind of exceeding the standard is becoming more and more forbidden. Just like on holidays, the superior should issue a notice prohibiting guests from giving gifts, but the reality is that it is time to treat guests and give gifts again. The notice is like reminding the whole society not to miss the opportunity to treat guests and give gifts, otherwise it will be difficult to make progress. In the face of temptation, Huang Songyou and others have no institutional constraints, let alone inner self-constraints. In their minds, the system binds others, not themselves, and they never want others to bind themselves, because they are powerful and radiant, they are not ignorant of the law, they are often industry elites, and may even be the makers of the system. However, they are complete liars, and the final result is of course a tragic ending.
Ten cases, type I, talented without virtue, insatiable greed. Don't reach out, you will be caught if you reach out. We should draw profound lessons from Huang Songyou and others, firmly establish the socialist concept of rule of law, strictly abide by the professional ethics and practice discipline of judges, always adhere to the guiding ideology of "Three Supremacy", regard the maintenance of social fairness and justice as the primary pursuit of life value, consciously resist the influence and interference of various factors such as power, relationship, human feelings and interests, and strive to embody the requirements of maintaining social fairness and justice from the entity, procedure and efficiency, so as to achieve strict law enforcement, fair justice and integrity.
