III. Contents of activities
Combined with the work requirements of the District Party Working Committee, our school has carried out the "Six Ones" activities, mainly in the following six aspects:
First, hold a democratic life meeting.

Second, hold a teachers' meeting with the theme of improving efficiency.
According to the contents of the last inspection report of the District Party Working Committee, our school held a teachers' meeting with the theme of "improving efficiency" in the school conference room on April 2 1. At the meeting, teachers expressed their opinions on how to improve their own problems, how to help schools improve school management and so on.
Although our school is located in the countryside, far away from towns, it has strict management, good school spirit and simple style of study. The whole school implements a strict teacher class system. Adhere to the system of leaders and teachers on duty. The leaders and teachers on duty arrive at school fifteen minutes before class every day to maintain the order of the school that day, and the leaders on duty register the teachers of the whole school.
All the teachers in our school are on duty, and there are no teachers who leave their posts without authorization. Teachers who ask for leave have complete information about various procedures. There is no phenomenon of fraud and empty pay, and teachers who go out temporarily have registration procedures for leave reports.

In order to further strengthen the safety management of our school, fully implement the requirements for the investigation and management of potential safety hazards, effectively curb the occurrence of various safety accidents in our school, and promote the safe, harmonious and stable development of our school, our school has specially done the following safety hazards investigation:
1. school building: after investigation, there are some cracks in the school wall, which may bring some hidden dangers to the safety work of our school.
2. Fire fighting: check the fire extinguishers in the school fire fighting facilities and try them out. They are normal.
3. Electricity consumption: We checked the school's power cord and electric fan, and found that there were no problems in other classrooms and function rooms except the aging wires in the guidance office. The route of the guidance office has been rectified.
4. Transportation: We have always attached importance to traffic safety education and publicity, and published billboards and wall newspapers. Recently, a new expressway was built on the east side of the school, which has certain security risks to the surrounding traffic.
5. Food: The refrigerator, water pipes and wires in the kitchen have been checked, and there is no potential safety hazard. In order to strengthen the management and monitoring of school canteens and prevent the occurrence of food hygiene and safety accidents, the construction of canteens was rectified this semester, which made the canteens look brand-new.
Five, teachers and students safety knowledge lectures
In order to strengthen students' safety awareness and make our school's safety education work solid and effective. At 8: 30 am on April 29th, President Su of our school gave a lecture on safety knowledge to all teachers and students. The lecture mainly focuses on the psychological characteristics, behavior habits, family education environment, traffic safety, food hygiene and safety of primary school students, arouses all students' understanding of the importance of safety with vivid examples, and makes it more clear that safety education is the top priority of school work.
Through this activity, not only the students' awareness of safety was enhanced, but also the primary school students' awareness of self-protection was improved, so that the children got a preliminary understanding of some traffic routine knowledge, enhanced their awareness of obeying traffic rules, and also gave the teachers a vivid lesson.
Intransitive verbs' home visits
According to the requirements of the "Six Ones" activity, combined with the actual situation of our school, the winter vacation teacher's home visit activity kicked off on April 1 day. The development of this activity has narrowed the psychological distance between teachers, parents and students, exchanged views face to face, and parents also expressed their strong support for the school work. At the same time, the school also put forward suggestions and requirements for parents, so that schools and families can shoulder the heavy responsibility of education together.
First, the contents of the home visit:
1, publicize safety knowledge such as drowning prevention, traffic and electricity consumption, and guide parents to properly manage and educate their children.
2. Understand the students' family situation, growth environment, performance at home, study and life.
3. Explain and publicize the hot and difficult issues that parents are concerned about, and win parents' understanding and support for school work.
Second, the situation of home visits
1. The teachers in our school have a clear division of labor under the leadership of the principal. 13 teachers brought home the registration forms of home visits one by one according to the actual situation, and had face-to-face exchanges and interviews with parents. Fill in the activity registration form carefully during the home visit, communicate with the class teacher of the home visit students in time, write the home visit record and write the home visit.
