Writing an outline of the research report before writing the project conclusion report can help us clear our minds, focus on the research results and conclusions, and form a high-quality research report. The summary of common research reports is as follows:
First, the cover information
Title: Original title+Report. For example: Research Report on the Practice of Middle School Students' Information Literacy Training.
* * Unit * * Project leader (name, specialty and position) presided over the completion of * * project name (project approval number). Main members of the research group: * * *
Second, the title page information
1.
Abstract is a concise summary of the contents of the report center, and you can get the main information without reading the full text, with 300-500 words. Part needs to explain the research purpose, research content, research methods and main achievements. The function of the abstract is that people can decide whether to continue reading the whole report by browsing the abstract.
2. Keywords
Keywords are the condensation of abstract content, and they are the most important words, phrases or phrases that reflect the research topic. Just write 3-5 keywords.
Third, the body part.
Chapter one: Introduction (research summary)
1. Ask questions (research significance)
2. Definition of keywords (core concept)
3. Overview of research status at home and abroad
Chapter two: Research design.
1. Research objectives
2. Research content
3. Research methods
Chapter III: Research process.
1. Project startup stage
2. Project implementation stage
3. Project summary stage
Chapter four: Research results and social impact.
(a) Actual results
1.……
2.……
(2) Theoretical achievements
1. published a series of research papers with high academic level.
……
Step 2 publish ...
3.……
Write this part in combination with my own research results.
(3) Social impact
1. The project host gave a keynote speech in ….
2. The main members of the project team will give a keynote speech in 20 10 (going out or reporting to our school). ...
3. The results of the project are displayed and communicated in. ...
Chapter four: The main conclusions and limitations of this study.
(A) the main conclusions of the study
1..…
2.…
2…
Chapters 3 and 4-The research results and conclusions are the core contents of the research report, accounting for about 70% of the whole research report. Many authors of initial research reports are prone to make the mistake of "describing the research design in too much space"
Chapter five, the problems existing in the research.
1.……

Chapter VI: Appendix
Appendix 1: Original blank questionnaire
Appendix 2: Interview Outline
Appendix 3: Tables, data and pictures (I think we can put pictures of published journals and authors' pages here, or related pictures of other research topics).
……
Generally speaking, the appendix of educational research report should include the questionnaire, research report, interview outline and observation scale used in the study. These three materials correspond to three research methods-questionnaire, interview and observation. The materials provided here are blank, indicating that the materials are research tools. In particular, the self-designed questionnaire must be placed in the appendix of the research report. Whether the original paper published by the research group is put in the appendix depends on the actual situation. Personally, I think it is better not to put it in the appendix.
Chapter 7: Reference
[ 1]……
[2]……
References refer to relevant books and periodicals cited when writing papers or editing works. When the research report is submitted to relevant experts for review, some experts will read the references carefully. When your research doesn't refer to the articles or works that are closely related to your research, experts will think that your breadth and depth of knowledge and your understanding of this research field are not enough.
The main result of the research is the research report, not the paper. When writing a research report, we must pay attention to the following points:
1. Don't submit a research report in the form of a work report. For example, in the research report, there is a style report, such as setting up a research group and making a research plan.
2. The research report focuses on the research results and conclusions, so don't spend too much space on the research process.
3. Do not replace the main report with a subreport.
4. Don't put questionnaires, papers and other things in the appendix of the main report.
5. Be reader-conscious. The research report is for teachers or project evaluation experts, not to tell them how to do it.
6. Write the obtained results into the research results. For example, it appears in the research report that "the interest in … has been cultivated and the ability of … has been improved." The correct writing is to focus on the research objectives and content, so that the research results correspond to them, from the "strategy" and "mode" two aspects to write.
