The predecessor of Changchun Institute of Education is "Changchun Primary and Secondary School Teachers' Training School"; 1 952165438+1October1,approved by the Jilin provincial government and put on record by the Ministry of Education, "Changchun Primary and Secondary School for Teachers' Further Education" was established; 1September 1960, the school moved to Hankou Street 14 (West Square); 1975, approved by the organization department of the provincial party Committee, the college is a county-level unit and renamed as "Changchun Institute of Education"; 1September 1988, the college was renamed "Changchun Institute of Education". The college covers an area of about 38,000 square meters (56.97 mu). Its headquarters is located on the south side of Triangle Square in downtown Changchun, and its branch school is located on the south side of Nanhu Lake in Changchun. There are currently 92 faculty members/kloc-0, including 52 full-time teachers/kloc-0, 53 professors/kloc-0, 53 associate professors, 64 lecturers, 23 teaching assistants, 5 doctoral students and 52 master teachers.
