Article 7 To apply for starting a kindergarten, the following materials shall be submitted:

Article 8 The articles of association for running a garden shall include the following contents:

The contents of the articles of association of kindergartens must comply with the provisions of the Regulations on the Administration of Kindergartens, and the articles of association of kindergartens shall take effect as of the date when kindergartens are allowed to start.

Article 9 After an organization or individual applying to start a kindergarten submits the application materials to the administrative department of education under its jurisdiction, the administrative department of education shall complete the preliminary investigation and put forward opinions within 15 days. Kindergartens with complete materials and meeting the registration conditions shall be registered within 15 days, and a "Park Permit" shall be issued. Tenth kindergarten registration, should truthfully fill in the "donghu district kindergarten bid approval form" and "Nanchang kindergarten (class) registration form".

Eleventh after registration, the registration authority shall issue the "Jiangxi Kindergarten (Preschool) Registration Permit" to the kindergarten, and make an announcement in the municipal newspapers and periodicals in the autumn of that year;

Kindergarten registration license is divided into original and copy. The original is used for hanging in class places, and the copy is used for inspection and annual review. The original and the copy have the same legal effect. If the original or copy is lost for some reason, the kindergarten should immediately report to the issuing authority and report the loss and reissue it.

Twelfth kindergartens shall handle other relevant licenses, engrave official seals and open bank accounts with their registration certificates.

Fourteenth kindergarten name, articles of association, garden site, legal representative changes, should be reported to the registration authority, return the original certificate, go through the formalities of change registration.

Fifteenth kindergarten due to dissolution or other reasons to terminate the school, should go through the formalities of cancellation of registration at the original registration authority, and return the original certificate.

Kindergarten closure should be submitted to the director of the cancellation of registration application report, debt clearance documents.

Sixteenth kindergartens that fail to carry out education and teaching activities within six months or stop running schools for one year after receiving the registration license shall be deemed to have stopped running schools by themselves, and the registration authority has the right to cancel their qualifications for running schools.

Reorganization of kindergartens, personnel changes, relocation of kindergartens, etc. Re-apply for registration as required, and cancel and withdraw the original registration license.

Seventeenth kindergarten registration license is renewed every four years. The registration authority conducts annual evaluation and annual inspection of registered kindergartens. For kindergartens that failed the assessment in that year, the annual review was suspended; If the examination is still unqualified in the second year, the registration authority has the right to cancel its qualification for running the park. Kindergarten fails to participate in the annual inspection, the registration authority may cancel the kindergarten.

Eighteenth after the cancellation of the kindergarten, the registration authority shall withdraw the kindergarten registration license and official seal, and issue a cancellation decision.

Nineteenth kindergartens should take the initiative to submit the "donghu district Kindergarten Registration Annual Report", annual statistical statements, annual financial statements, etc. to the registration authority during the annual review.

Twentieth kindergartens in any of the following circumstances, according to the situation were given a warning, rectification, stop running the park administrative punishment.

(seven) other acts in violation of laws, regulations and rules.

Twenty-first kindergarten in any of the following circumstances, as the year failed the examination:

(a) a kindergarten safety accident, but did not cause adverse effects;

(two) the registration authority has received many reports, and the implementation is true after investigation;

(3) Concealing the real situation and practicing fraud in the annual statistical statements;

(four) corporal punishment or corporal punishment of children in disguised form;

(five) in violation of the provisions of fees, financial management confusion, there is a phenomenon of arbitrary charges;

(6) Refusing the management of the registration authority without reason. Directors (legal representatives) are absent from important meetings for no reason at least twice a year; Delaying the completion of assigned work without reason, affecting the progress of work; Do not participate in any activities for no reason throughout the year;
