In view of this situation, our town held a popular science lecture in mid-June, the content of which was "a new model for primary and secondary school teachers to carry out educational research". This paper focuses on the mode of action research. Action research aims to improve practitioners' self-reflection consciousness and standardize their action ability, and the ultimate goal is to solve problems and achieve results. Action research also has certain standardized procedures. Under the guidance of action research as the basic scientific research strategy, different methods can be adopted in different research stages, and the quality of action research depends on the scientific and effective application of these methods.
