Concentration is an advanced ability of people, but it can be trained and can be divided into the following aspects:

1. Persistence is how much time you can concentrate. The training method is to gradually extend the time to concentrate on doing one thing;

2. Depth is the degree of thinking when you focus on something. If you think deeper, you will get more results. This reminds me of Newton sitting under the apple tree. When he was meditating, the apple falling from the tree inspired him and got the law of gravity.

3. Concentration means always focusing on one object, instead of thinking about this and that for a while;

4. Degree of transfer. I didn't expect concentration and transfer. I thought of the bomb disposal team, and after eliminating external interference, I continued to concentrate on the bomb disposal against time.

Stress can make people concentrate, but too much pressure will become interference, so we must develop a good attitude and learn to "decompress ourselves." Therefore, children always want to get good grades in every exam, which will only make them more stressed. It is better to make progress every time, and the pressure will be much less.

So how to decompress? There are two ways:

1. Breathing method, take ten deep breaths repeatedly, inhale and exhale slowly, which is the most effective way to decompress.
