Hubei, Henan and Anhui Revolutionary Memorial Hall is a key project of Xinyang Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, which was built under the auspices of commemorating the great achievements of martyrs and carrying forward the revolutionary spirit of Dabie Mountain.

The museum is located at the intersection of Beijing Road and National Highway 107 in Xinyang City, covering an area of 30,000 square meters, with a total height of160m from north to south,180m from east to west, a building area of 6,200m2, an indoor usable area of 4100m2 and a total building height of1. The main building of the memorial hall started construction in March 2006 and was completed and opened on April 28, 2007.
