The parents of the child have lived in the city for more than one year and have a stable residence and work.

Apply for community certification

You need to apply for a community certificate at your place of residence and have a residence permit issued by the police station.

Parents can hold the residence certificate, residence permit and ID card issued by the community to go to the street to apply for a letter of introduction for their children to attend school, and go to the primary school where the residence permit is located.
