Lower grade of primary school (1-2 grade): Cognition of national symbols and symbols. Initially establish the concepts of country, nation and citizen, and initially establish a legal understanding of family relations. Senior grades of primary school (grades 3-6): Establish a preliminary understanding of the legal status and authority of the Constitution. Junior high school (grades 7-9): further deepen constitutional education. Understand the basic national system and strengthen national identity. A preliminary understanding of the basic principles of government administration according to law and the functions and powers of important state institutions. Recognize the importance of national respect and protection of human rights. Deepen the understanding of citizens' basic rights and obligations.

The necessity of legal education;

Educate teenagers with the basic knowledge of socialist democracy and law, so that they can receive democratic training and law-abiding education from an early age, understand and be good at fulfilling the rights and obligations of socialist citizens, enhance the concept of the legal system, and form a habit of consciously obeying the law. It is one of the contents of moral education.

According to the principle of socialist democracy, socialist countries establish equal relations between people and correct the relationship between individuals and society; Socialist democracy construction must be combined with socialist legal system construction.
