(a) primary and secondary school students can apply for transfer due to family migration or other legitimate reasons. The management of student status is based on "affiliation with others", and the school shall not accept students who have not gone through the transfer formalities according to the regulations, nor shall it accept students who have transferred without the approval of the education administrative department. No transfer can change your grades.

(2) In principle, transfer students are not accepted in the next semester of the sixth grade of primary school and the third grade of junior high school.

(4) Secondary vocational school students should have the household registration in our city, take part in the senior high school entrance examination in our city that year, and the scores of the senior high school entrance examination reach the score line of transferring to ordinary high schools. In principle, students from secondary vocational schools will no longer be accepted to transfer to ordinary high schools after the first semester of senior two.

(five) ordinary high school students transferred from other provinces to our province must have the household registration in our province and hold the transfer certificate issued by the provincial education department.

Transfer is generally handled within two weeks after the start of school. Except for special reasons such as parents' job transfer, it is generally not allowed to transfer halfway. In principle, there is no transfer procedure in the last semester of senior three. Students are not allowed to transfer during suspension and punishment. If a student has moved into his residence because of his family's household registration across provinces, cities and counties (excluding the migration within the same city), and it is really necessary to transfer to another school, the student and his parents shall apply, and the transfer formalities shall be handled only after the consent of the transfer from the school and the transfer from the school and the approval of the education administrative department. Students who meet the transfer conditions shall not refuse without reason.
