2. The level of Putonghua should reach the second-class and above standard of "Standard of Putonghua Proficiency Test Grade" promulgated by the State Language Committee, and obtain the corresponding Putonghua Proficiency Test Grade Certificate.

3. Have good physical and psychological qualities, no infectious diseases, no history of mental illness, meet the needs of education and teaching, and pass the physical examination in hospitals at or above the county level as recognized by the teacher qualification accreditation body.
