1. Parents or other guardians of students apply to the transferred school (the application method and conditions shall be stipulated by the provincial education administrative department as a whole).
2, according to the local regulations and school degree vacancies and other audit into the school.
3. Those who agree to accept it will be transferred to the school to start the transfer procedures through the student registration system and verify it.
4. Transfer to the student registration department in the student registration system.
5. The transferred school will be reviewed in the student registration system.
6. Transfer from the student registration department in the student registration system.
7. After transferring to the school and obtaining the consent information of other three parties, notify the students to register for admission.
8. After the students report to the transfer school, the transfer school will retrieve the students' electronic files through the enrollment system (the enrollment system will also notify the transfer school).

Fourteenth students transfer or further education, transfer to the school should start the transfer procedures through the electronic student status system, and be audited by the transfer school and the competent departments of both parties.
The transfer-in and transfer-out schools and the school registration departments of both parties shall complete the transfer of student registration within 10 working days respectively.
Fifteenth students after the transfer formalities, the school should transfer the file out of the school, and complete it within 1 month.
Article 16 When a student transfers to another school or enters a higher school, he/she should renew the file for the student according to the student status file received.
