Directional volunteering is generally oriented to special industries and some contracts will be signed. Breach of contract is to fulfill the responsibility according to the signed contract. Every year, some colleges and universities arrange some targeted employment enrollment plans for hard areas, hard industries, and national key construction projects such as military industry and national defense. Directional employment enrollment plan can't be completed on the scores of enrollment institutions, but it can be supplemented by the provincial recruitment office within 20 minutes under the scores of enrollment institutions, and the school will choose the best according to its directional wishes. Therefore, if you fill in the targeted volunteers, you may enjoy a preferential policy of 20 points.
Orientation means "setting up schools, majors and employment". Orientation can be divided into national defense orientation (national defense students) and general orientation.
National defense orientation has no special requirements for candidates to apply for the exam, except for passing the military inspection. Candidates can apply as long as they are willing.
Candidates who apply for the first-choice national defense and general orientation schools and majors can enjoy the policy of colleges and universities reducing the file transfer line by nearly 20 points at the time of admission. However, some colleges and universities will determine a larger reduction rate according to the different targeted employment units: for example, candidates from Wuhan University who are oriented to Tibet can drop up to 40 points. National defense students can get 5000 yuan scholarship or living expenses and tuition subsidies every year.
However, it should be noted that once the candidates are admitted, they will sign a contract with the school after entering the school, specifying that they must go to the target unit or city for employment and the time of employment.
Although these two oriented students have been taken care of in their scores, they also have to bear the corresponding obligations, that is, they must go to "oriented" units for employment after graduation. General national defense students have to serve in the unit for five years, and ordinary directional students have to work in the directional unit, with working hours ranging from five to eight years, while others are as long as 10 year. For example, students from Wuhan University who work in Tibet should work in Tibet for at least 15 years after graduation.
Parallel volunteer's admission mode is a new way of volunteering for college entrance examination. In 2008, the Ministry of Education carried out the pilot reform of parallel volunteer's investment admission model in six provinces, including Anhui, Hunan, Jiangsu, Liaoning, Shanghai and Zhejiang. One year's practice has proved that the implementation of parallel volunteer's file admission model has effectively reduced the risk of candidates volunteering to fill in. On the basis of successful pilot projects, in 2009, the Ministry of Education added Fujian, Guizhou, Hainan, Hebei, Jilin, Jiangxi, Sichuan, Yunnan, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and other 10 provinces to carry out pilot reforms, and the parallel volunteer admission model was further promoted throughout the country. On 20 10, parallel volunteer's enrollment mode was adopted in Guangdong province, parallel volunteer's enrollment mode was adopted in Shandong province and Heilongjiang province on 20 13, parallel volunteer's enrollment mode was adopted in Liaoning province and Shaanxi province on 20 14, and parallel volunteer's enrollment mode was adopted in Gansu province on 20 15.
Parallel volunteer middle and ordinary colleges and universities set up a parallel college volunteer and a parallel recruitment for each admission batch.
The source of flatness
College student volunteers. The early admission batches of each batch of undergraduate courses and the volunteers of parallel colleges include three colleges A, B and C of ABCDE or five colleges (for example, the first to third batches of undergraduate courses and the first to third batches of specialties in Hebei are all five colleges of ABCDE), and the volunteers of parallel colleges of each batch of specialties include five colleges A, B, C, D and E ... Each college volunteer includes six professional volunteers and 1 professional obedience adjustment volunteers.
After the voluntary admission of each batch of parallel colleges and universities is completed, the Provincial Admissions Office will announce the colleges, majors and the number of people who have not completed the enrollment plan in time. Candidates who have not been admitted must fill in and collect their volunteers in parallel colleges and universities in cities and counties (cities, districts) according to the time stipulated by the Provincial Admissions Office. Parallel colleges and universities collect volunteers, including three colleges, A, B and C, and one college obeys volunteers. There is no parallel college volunteer for each batch of sports and arts, but the volunteers from the first to the fourth colleges and universities are subject to each batch of volunteers (note: there are undergraduate batches in advance for Hebei sports and arts, and parallel volunteer is not set for the advance batch and batch of specialties, and parallel volunteer is set for the third batch of undergraduates), and the files are filed in the order of volunteers.
The principle of voluntary reporting in ordinary parallel colleges and universities is "giving priority to scores and following volunteers". At the time of filing, candidates are sorted from high score to low score according to the total score of four subjects, and file one by one. When searching for candidates' volunteers A, B, C or A, B, C, D, E in turn, as long as one of the searched three or five colleges meets the requirements of filing, that is, applying to this college, students will have the opportunity to volunteer in this batch of parallel colleges, and the colleges and universities will decide whether to enroll or not. When parallel volunteer files, it files according to the file transfer ratio and file transfer principle put forward by relevant universities. Candidates with the same total score in six subjects are ranked from high to low according to the sum of their scores in Chinese, mathematics and foreign languages, such as the above three subjects.
Comparison between parallel volunteer and Sequential Volunteering
If the total scores of subjects are still the same, all candidates with the same scores (from A to C or from A to E) will be admitted voluntarily, and the institutions will decide whether to enroll or not. Candidates who are selected and admitted by self-selected colleges and universities, their A volunteers to fill in the colleges and universities, and file according to their A volunteers. For high-level athletes, artistic talents, excellent students in a single subject and other candidates who meet the requirements for filing, supplementary filing will be made according to relevant policies and candidates' willingness to fill in the report, and universities will decide whether to admit and enroll majors. Among them, candidates with excellent scores in a single subject will be submitted to the last college in parallel volunteer according to their information.
After the admission of colleges and universities, the provincial admissions office will provide candidates and the society with information such as the admission status, institutions, majors and enrollment numbers of candidates who have not completed the enrollment plan in time through the city and county (city, district) admissions offices. Candidates who have not been admitted shall fill in and collect volunteers from parallel institutions (including institutions subject to voluntary adjustment) at the designated places of cities and counties (cities, districts) according to the time specified by the provincial recruitment office.
Candidates who fill in and collect parallel volunteer (including colleges and universities subject to voluntary adjustment) in Ban Zhao at the provincial level shall decide whether to enroll or not according to the principle of filling in again. Candidates who fail to fill in and collect volunteers from parallel colleges and universities according to the prescribed time and place are deemed to have voluntarily given up the opportunity to fill in their volunteers. If the candidate does not sign the volunteer information provided by him according to the procedures stipulated by the local recruitment office, the candidate himself will be responsible for the adverse impact on his admission.
