Recognition rule

According to the "China Ocean University College Students' Credits Identification Method", students who participate in the entrepreneurial training program, "Challenge Cup" series of scientific and technological competitions, social practice, volunteer service and other activities organized by the school and meet the relevant requirements can apply for certain innovation and entrepreneurship education credits. In order to standardize the management and identification of the above credits in innovation and entrepreneurship education, these rules are formulated.

4. Volunteer service credits. Mainly for schools or certified social volunteer service organizations to carry out, audited by projects and activities of various types of volunteer service activities at all levels. The corresponding table of specific credits is as follows:

(1) Only one of working hours credits and commendation credits can be selected and cannot be accumulated;

(2) The working hours of volunteers are calculated in minutes, and the preparation and summary of volunteers in the early stage are not included in the working hours statistics, and the travel time is not included in the working hours statistics;

(3) Volunteers' participation in relevant training organized by volunteers can be counted as service time, and the starting and ending time of the training shall prevail.

Second, the appraisal procedure

1. Personal declaration: Students log in to the "China Ocean University Undergraduate Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Credit Recognition Management System" at the specified time of each academic year to apply for innovation and entrepreneurship education credits, select the corresponding bonus items in the application record and upload the certification materials in the form of attachments, the file format is WORD, JPG or PDF, or RAR files containing WORD, JPG and PDF, and the attachment size should be below1m.

2. College (department) audit: The Youth League Committee of the college (department) will audit the students' credit applications and their supporting materials one by one, and take appropriate forms to identify the credits of the applicants according to various credit identification standards, and submit the audited college students' credits to the Youth League Committee through the system background.

3. The Youth League Committee confirms that the Youth League Committee will review the credits of students' innovation and entrepreneurship education submitted by various colleges and finally determine the students' credits; For those who practise fraud, their credits will be cancelled, and the responsibility of the relevant personnel will be investigated. If the circumstances are serious, disciplinary action shall be taken.

Matters not covered shall be explained by the Youth League Committee.
