Today is a very special day. Of course, for me, I have been looking forward to this day for many years. Recently, I have been thinking about what I should say to all my colleagues, friends, online merchants and all my partners at this meeting. Everyone is very strange, just like a girl looking forward to getting married. When the bride gets married, she really doesn't know what to do except giggle.

We are very lucky people. I was actually thinking that today, ten years ago, it was the most dangerous time for SARS in China. Everyone has no confidence and everyone is not optimistic about the future. Together with a dozen young people in Ali, we believe that China will be better in ten years. Ten years later, e-commerce will attract more people's attention in China, and many people will use it.

But I really didn't expect that ten years later, we became what we are today. In the past ten years, countless people have paid a huge price for this. They walked for ten years for an ideal and a persistence. I have been thinking that even if we take away 99% of Alibaba Group's things this year, we are still worth it, and we have no regrets in this life, not to mention that we have so many friends, so many people who believe, and so many people who persist to this day.

In fact, I am thinking, what makes us what we are today, what makes Ma Yun what we are today, I have no reason to succeed, Ali has no reason to succeed, Taobao has no reason to succeed, but we have gone for so many years today and are still full of ideals for the future. Actually, I'm thinking about a kind of trust. When everyone doesn't believe in the world, the future and others, we choose to believe. We choose trust. We choose to believe that China will be better in ten years. We choose to believe that my colleagues will do better than me. I believe young people in China will do better than us.

Twenty years ago or ten years ago, I never thought about it. I don't even believe in myself. I am especially grateful to my colleagues for their trust in me. It is difficult to be a CEO, and it is even harder to be a CEO employee. Unexpectedly, in China, everyone thinks that this is an era of lack of trust. Incredibly, you will pay a name like "The Smell of Women" that you have never heard of to buy something that you may never have seen. After thousands of kilometers, through a person you don't know, it reached your hands. Today's China has trust and faith, which means that there are 24 million Taobao transactions in China every day.

I am especially proud of all the Ali people, Taobao people and microfinance people present here. I am a colleague with you in this life, and we will be colleagues in the next life! Because of you, this era has seen hope. Like all the post-80s and post-90s in China, you are building a new kind of trust, which makes the world more open, transparent, sharing and taking responsibility. I'm proud of you.

Today's world is a constantly changing world. Thirty years ago, none of us expected this. No one expected that China would become a manufacturing power. No one expected that computers would be deeply rooted in people's hearts. No one expected that the Internet would develop so well in China. No one expected Taobao to get up, and no one expected Yahoo to have today. This is a constantly changing world. None of us expected that we could gather here today and continue to think about the future.

We all think that computers are fast enough and the Internet is faster. Many of us haven't figured out what is PC Internet and what is mobile Internet. When we haven't figured out the mobile Internet, the era of big data is coming again. The era of change is the era of young people. Today, many young people feel that countless companies like Google, Baidu, Tencent and Ali have taken all the opportunities.

Ten years ago, when we saw countless great companies, we were also confused. Do we still have a chance? But after ten years of persistence and perseverance, we have come to today. If the times were not changing, all the young people here would not be your turn. In the industrial age, we always needed a rich father, but today we don't have one. What we have is persistence and ideals. Many people hate change, but it is because we grasp all the changes that we see the future. There will be more changes in the world and China in the next 30 years. This change is an opportunity for everyone. In order to seize this opportunity, many of us complain about the problems of yesterday and 30 years ago. No one has tested China's development to this day, and no one in the world has experience. We can't change yesterday. It is everyone's dream to persist for ten years.

I am grateful for this changing era, and I am grateful for the complaints of countless people, because when others complain, it is your opportunity. Only in a changing era is it time for everyone to see clearly what they want and what they should give up.

Participating in the construction of 14 Alibaba, I am honored to be a businessman. Today, human beings have entered the commercial society, but unfortunately, the businessmen in this world have not received the respect they deserve. Businessmen are no longer mercenary in this era. I think we are trying our best to improve this society, just like any profession, any artist, educator and politician. 14 years of business, let me know life, let me know what is hardship, what is persistence, what is responsibility, and the success of others is my own success. What we look forward to most is the smile of employees.

After tonight 12, I will not be CEO. Starting from tomorrow, business is my fan, and I am deeply proud of my 14 year business!

Seeing you and the young people in China, I don't hope that one day we will have another middle-aged life that will lead to our death. No one in this world can be sure that you will be red for five years, and no one can say that you will be unbeaten, not old and not confused. The only way to solve your unbeaten, old and confused, believe in young people! Because believing in them means believing in the future. So I won't go back to Alibaba to be CEO.

I don't want to come back, because it's no use coming back. You will do better!

I am proud of being a company of this size, and I have a little self-esteem, but our company has just begun to make contributions to society. All Ali people, we are very excited, diligent and hard-working, but we are ordinary, serious in life and happy in work. What we got today far exceeded our efforts. This society hopes that this company will go further in this century, that is, solve social problems. There are so many problems in today's society that these problems are opportunities here. If there is no problem, you don't need everyone here.

Ali people insist on serving small businesses, because small businesses are the most dreamy places in China. Here, 14 years ago, we proposed that "there is no hard business in the world to help small businesses grow." Today, this fate falls on you. I want to talk about small businesses again. People say that e-commerce and the Internet have created unfairness, but in my understanding, the Internet has created real fairness. I would like to ask which provinces, cities and regions in China provide tax incentives for small businesses and start-ups. The Internet has given small businesses this opportunity. Some enterprises have enjoyed 500-600 million users in three to five years, and they are calling for equality with small enterprises. What small businesses need is 500 yuan's tax incentives. Please support all Ali people, who will surely become the biggest taxpayer in China in the future.
