Chen Fusheng, male, a native of Longyou, Zhejiang Province, director of Wenzhou People's Economic Research Center, the key research base of philosophy and social sciences in Zhejiang Province, secretary of the Party Committee and professor of Wenzhou University, tutor of master students in ideological and political education, the sixth executive director of Zhejiang Social Science Association, and the deputy director of Wenzhou Decision Advisory Committee.

Presided over "Theory of Three Represents and Moral Education Reform in Colleges and Universities" and other provincial key projects of educational science in the Tenth Five-Year Plan and "Predicament and Countermeasures for the Effectiveness of Ideological and Political Education for College Students" and other provincial key projects of philosophy and social sciences; Editor-in-chief of Wenzhou Reform and Development Research Series, Theory of Three Represents and Moral Education Innovation in Colleges and Universities, New Theory on Ideological and Political Education for College Students, etc. He has published more than 20 papers in core journals such as Frontier of Social Sciences and Research on Higher Education in China.
