The first point is to constantly use theory to guide your practice. Every once in a while, I review the introduction before the immersion textbook, and every time I have a new feeling. At the same time, reflect on your own teaching and extract new things from it. For example, the "three characteristics" of immersion teaching are the interest of learning activities, the challenge of learning content and the participation of learning subjects. Use these three characteristics to measure every teaching activity. There are also "five transformations", that is, situational, active, intuitive, gamification, visualization and so on.

The second point is the design and organization of teaching activities. We know: "If you want your children to gain something, you must benefit from every educational activity." Therefore, we should reflect on our teaching in time when we end our teaching activities every day. How was my educational activity organized today? What did the children benefit from my activities? We should always be grateful for our work and repay it with gratitude. First of all, I would like to thank the kindergarten for providing us with such a position and platform for us to develop ourselves and show our personal charm. Secondly, thank the parents for putting their children in our hands with confidence; Third, thank the children for their active participation in our teaching activities. With such a mood, we should catch up with our daily teaching activities.

The third point is random education, grasping every educational opportunity. Only by doing a good job in teaching activities and random education can we grasp the half-day immersion time with children and ensure the principle of high concentration of immersion, thus rapidly improving children's language communication ability.
