Tong Xin is from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. Party member model creation activities for 100 graduate students are organized and implemented by the Ideological and Political Department of the Ministry of Education. After organization recommendation, expert exchange evaluation and centralized deliberation by members of the leading group of Party building work of the Ministry of Education, 100 graduate students were selected nationwide, which is also an important measure for the Ministry of Education to write for education and promote the Party building work of graduate students in colleges and universities nationwide. Tong Xin, a doctoral student of the Basic College, was awarded this honor as the only graduate student selected by the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.
