Legal analysis: the rectification of the education of the political and legal team should start from the following aspects: political education, warning education and English example education. Strengthen self-examination and self-correction, strengthen organization and investigation, and strengthen special rectification. Continue to deepen rectification, promote the establishment of rules and regulations, and carry out summary evaluation. Carrying out the education and rectification of the political and legal team is a new requirement put forward by the CPC Central Committee, a new expectation of the people, a new need for self-revolution on the political and legal front, and an important measure to ensure that political and legal organs shoulder the responsibility mission of the new era. As the front line of safeguarding national security and social stability, promoting social fairness and justice, and ensuring people to live and work in peace and contentment, political and legal organs have the most direct and close contact with the masses, and the contradictions faced by law enforcement and justice are more concentrated and the problems are more specific. Organizing the education and rectification of the political and legal teams at the county level is of great significance for purifying the political and legal teams, consolidating the foundation of political and legal work, enhancing the credibility of law enforcement and justice, and promoting the comprehensive and strict management of the party and the police.

Legal basis: Article 32 of the Regulations on Political and Legal Work in China strengthens the supervision and inspection of the overall situation of political and legal work and the implementation of major decisions: (1) Party committees should strengthen the supervision and inspection of political and legal work led and organized by the Political and Legal Committee of Party committees, party groups of political and legal units and party committees at the next lower level, especially the implementation of decisions, decision-making arrangements and instructions of the CPC Central Committee and higher-level party organizations, and conduct inspections when necessary and within a certain scope. (2) The Political and Legal Committee of the Party Committee promotes the improvement and implementation of working systems and mechanisms such as political supervision, law enforcement supervision, discipline inspection and supervision, and comprehensively promotes the implementation of political and legal work, especially the decisions, decision-making arrangements and instructions of the Party Central Committee and higher-level party organizations; (III) The Party Group (Party Committee) of a political and legal unit shall establish and improve a comprehensive debriefing system for the approved Party Committee and a supervision and feedback mechanism for the implementation of major decisions, so as to ensure that the decisions, decision-making arrangements and instructions of the Party Central Committee and the Party organizations at higher levels are implemented in this unit and system.
