Responsible for the employment guidance of graduates from normal universities; Directly manage the recruitment and flow procedures of the Education Bureau and the primary and secondary school staff directly under it; Responsible for the management of teachers' award foundation; Responsible for the intellectual work and expert management of the education system.

Finance department: formulate relevant policies and regulations on the management and financing of education funds in conjunction with relevant departments; Statistics and monitoring the implementation of national education funds and plans; To manage and supervise the use of various special funds allocated by the state, the province and the state, as well as education loans, education fund-raising, donations, teacher incentive funds and other projects; Manage the use of special funds issued by the state finance department.

Part of the responsibilities of the Education Bureau:

To study and formulate the national education development plan and annual development plan, draw up the focus, scale, speed and steps of education development, and organize, guide and coordinate the implementation of the national education development plan, annual plan, education system reform and school-running system reform.

Responsible for the national basic education (including preschool education), special education, vocational and technical education, after-school education, adult education and higher education (including running schools by social forces), and coordinate, guide and supervise the education work of all districts, counties (countries) and relevant departments.
