In the reform of educational concept, the state encourages educators to change the old educational concept, update the new educational concept: the concept of all-round success, lifelong learning, diversified talent training, systematic learning and all-round development, and innovate the talent training mode: the combination of learning and thinking, the integration of knowledge and practice, and teaching students in accordance with their aptitude. The country is now trying to popularize preschool education, just as it used to popularize compulsory education, and at the same time, it is trying to lower the education level in rural areas and towns so that every child can receive the same education.
Quality education has been implemented for many years, but there is still no fundamental breakthrough. Students' overburdening, passive learning, lack of practical application ability and innovative spirit are still widespread. According to the survey, the factors that affect the promotion of quality education are social history, employment pressure, traditional system, team quality, school conditions, curriculum and so on.
Except for the course, nothing else can be solved in a short time. So as far as conditions are concerned, does the current basic education advocate quality education? The key to education should be curriculum reform. In my opinion, the focus of the current curriculum reform should be to reform the curriculum structure, teaching process and curriculum evaluation.
The essence of education is not to be tested, but to make our education always the best. As an ordinary teacher, what we can do is to adapt to this system and be assimilated by it. What we can do is to actively do what we can, so that basic education is not too formal and policy-oriented within our scope of work.
