Student safety investigation report

If we are completely unfamiliar with a situation or event, it is necessary for us to investigate it carefully and show the results in the investigation report. Let's refer to how the investigation report was written. The following is a survey report on student safety compiled by me for your reference, hoping to help friends in need.

Student safety investigation report 1 investigation purpose:

Campus safety in primary and secondary schools is a major event related to social and family stability and the development of basic education in primary and secondary schools. School is a place to cultivate people, a center of social knowledge and wisdom, and a hope for national development. However, this kind of unsafe hidden danger is everywhere in schools, and students' injury accidents occur frequently, which not only brings irreparable pain and loss to students and their parents, but also leads to tangled disputes that often bring great trouble. Even affect the normal education and teaching.

Drowning, poisoning, building collapse, etc. It is the main factor of casualties among primary and secondary school students. Then, as a rural primary school, what security problems are it facing? To this end, I investigated the safety of my primary school.

Investigation and analysis:

In order to find out the safety problems existing in rural primary schools and the implementation of safety knowledge education, I conducted a survey on 12 teachers (including school leaders) in the school. First of all, I investigated the leaders of school safety education in the form of interviews.

First, the school safety education system and measures.

School leaders are related to the overall situation of basic education and development, and to the overall situation of school stability and society. Through investigation, it is known that school leaders have a good understanding and unified thinking. In order to effectively carry out school safety education and safety work, we should pay attention to the implementation of four aspects:

(1) system implementation. The school set up a safety leading group with the principal as the team leader, the vice president as the deputy team leader and the class teacher as the members, specifically the class teacher and teachers, and signed a safety responsibility letter with the class teacher.

② Responsibility implementation. While emphasizing that school leaders attach great importance to it, we should also clarify responsibilities, goals and responsibilities.

(3) System implementation. When the school drew up the school safety plan, it improved the relevant system.

④ Implementation of measures. The school implements target assessment for safety work. First, implement the "one-vote veto" system; The second is to investigate the responsibility for safety accidents.

Then, after understanding the safety system, how can schools do a good job in safety education? I met the leaders in charge of the school. Through investigation, I summarized the development of safety education as follows:

Second, strengthen the education of students' bad mood control and psychological adjustment.

Pay attention to the following students' common negative emotions:

(1) impatient

(2) nervousness

(3) Relax

(4) anger

(5) Inferiority

6. Fear

How to train students to adjust bad mood at high speed?

First of all, we should help students cultivate positive, healthy and optimistic emotions as the basis for adjusting bad emotions, cultivate students to dare to face difficulties, treat setbacks with a positive attitude, cultivate correct outlook on life and values, look at the life around them from the bright side, set a realistic goal for themselves, and keep themselves in a positive and optimistic mood.

Secondly, we should train students to control their excessive emotions with calm reason, think and analyze things calmly, don't make decisions in a hurry, cultivate students' endurance, improve their personal accomplishment, and don't act arbitrarily when things happen.

Finally, help students overcome their inferiority complex, be a confident person, strive to stimulate students' self-esteem and self-confidence, lower their own goal requirements, find their own advantages and outstanding achievements, and enable students to establish self-confidence.

In addition, it is necessary to train students to arrange their own study and life, and to be relaxed. All these can help students control and adjust bad emotions.

Third, strengthen safety education in daily life.

With the increase of migrant workers, the number of left-behind students is also increasing. However, the guardians of these children's families have a weak sense of safety, and they usually have little or no safety education for these children. Therefore, the safety of students has become a bigger problem. At the same time, teachers' responsibilities have also increased relatively, which requires teachers to strengthen safety education for students' daily life.

Through investigation, teachers mainly educate students on safety by strengthening the prevention of various potential safety hazards.

(1) Prevent food poisoning.

In order to prevent food poisoning, there are more and more stalls near the school, and "three noes" food is very common, and students especially like to eat this kind of food. Students are forbidden to buy "three noes" food.

(2) Prevention of water.

Water prevention includes drinking water prevention and swimming or drowning prevention.

Water is so important to human health that we must pay attention to:

(1) Don't drink too much.

(2) Don't drink water when you are thirsty.

(3) Do not drink too much.

(4) Do not drink water sources polluted by human and animal feces, garbage, dirt, pesticides, fertilizers and industrial wastewater.

(5) Don't drink raw water.

(6) Don't drink overnight boiled water that hasn't been boiled or burnt for many days.

(7) Drink boiled water from tap water.

Prevention of swimming or accidental drowning. In order to prevent children from drowning, we should pay attention to the following aspects to educate children:

(1) We should not only educate children to play in places with water, such as wells and ponds, but also tell them about the dangers.

(3) Lightning protection.

To educate students to pay attention to when it thunders:

(1) During a thunderstorm, don't squat in the open air, especially don't stand on high places and stay away from high-rise buildings such as telephone poles and water towers.

(2) avoid taking things out of the body, such as lightning when working as follows, and don't run around with shovels and hoes.

(3) In order to prevent lightning wave from damaging household appliances, it is best to unplug household appliances without lightning protection function during lightning.

(4) In thunderstorm weather, try not to go out and close the doors and windows of each house.

Use electricity safely, do not pull wires privately, and do not disassemble electrical appliances privately. If there is an electrical accident, even ask for help under the condition of ensuring your own safety.

(4) prevention.

In school safety education, students should first know the road safety signs, understand and abide by the traffic rules, and walk, ride and go out safely. Tell me what to do with it. In addition, all kinds of motor vehicles should be banned on campus.

(5) labor safety prevention.

Pay special attention to safety at work. When adults are not at home, students in middle and lower grades should not make their own fires to cook. Labor without sharp tools; When arranging collectively, students shall not be exposed to toxic and harmful substances or engage in unsafe work, and shall not be allowed to participate in night work; It is not safe to play on the construction site, and students are not allowed to enter the construction site.

(6) Prevention of infectious diseases.

In short, in the method of safety education, it is not appropriate to preach blindly, which is easy to arouse students' disgust, or even simply attract students' attention and ignore them. The forms of safety education should be diversified, suitable for students' age characteristics and acceptable to students. There are also various safety accidents, many of which we can't imagine and predict. As long as teachers love students, love children as children, and always keep in mind the importance of safety, the occurrence of safety accidents will be reduced, so that students can actively abide by safety rules and truly "go to school happily, go home safely and grow up happily".

Student safety investigation report 2 i. Preface

Nowadays, it has become a craze for college students to find a part-time job or actively participate in social practice in their spare time, and to enjoy life by using summer jobs and practices.

The purpose of the investigation:

For most students, making money is the primary purpose of work. Some people think that earning money is not the only purpose of college students' work. Many students regard work as an opportunity to participate in social practice and improve their abilities. Many schools also actively encourage college students to get in touch with and understand society. On the one hand, they can apply their theoretical knowledge to practice and improve their abilities in all aspects. On the other hand, accumulating work experience is of great benefit to future employment. Through investigation, we can understand contemporary college students' views on social practice and analyze their life practice, so as to analyze the problems existing in college students' social practice with Marxist philosophy and put forward solutions, so that college students can treat social practice correctly and gain true knowledge in practice. In the future practice, you can better contact the society, exercise your professional skills and find opportunities for development.

(2) Respondents:

The growth of college students is a common concern in colleges and universities. College students' social practice has become an important part of cultivating qualified college students, which cannot be ignored or abandoned. Therefore, this survey selected 50 college students for investigation.

(3) Investigation methods:

Through questionnaire survey, 50 questionnaires were distributed and 50 valid questionnaires were recovered.

Second, the respondents.

(1) Investigation contents:

This survey is conducted by asking whether college students have participated in summer jobs, part-time jobs or internships, what kind of social practice they want to participate in most, whether the jobs or internships they have participated in are consistent with their majors, whether they can reflect the combination of practice and theoretical knowledge, and what they have gained in their work or internships.

(2) Survey results:

From the survey, it is found that many college students think that part-time job is their second "classroom" and they can learn a lot of valuable things through part-time job. "Being is reasonable". There is no distinction between high and low occupations. No matter what profession has advantages and disadvantages, it depends on your own needs. Many college students feel that they can try as long as they can make money. Brand agency, promotion and other jobs that college students didn't need before have now become acceptable jobs for college students.

52% students think that if they want to participate in social practice, the ideal thing is to go to enterprises and institutions for internship and exchange, followed by part-time or part-time jobs, accounting for 40%; However, 56% of the students had a part-time job, 20% had a summer job, and 14% had an internship, indicating that only 10% had never done it. At present, college students work part-time, except for tutoring (14%) and online internship.

In addition to practice (6%), more and more college students are engaged in simple jobs that do not require special skills, such as distributing leaflets, promoting goods (22%), campus sales (14%) and working as waiters in restaurants (8%), but they are far from professional knowledge. 76% students think that their internship or part-time job is not completely consistent with their major. Only 38% people can apply the theoretical knowledge in university to practice, and 66% people are satisfied with their extracurricular practical ability in practice or work; 12% students think that part-time job is to prepare for finding a job in the future. When choosing the purpose of internship or part-time, 32 students choose "contact with society and accumulate work experience", accounting for 64% of the total, and "earn living expenses", accounting for 20%. Judging from the number of students, the main purpose of college students' part-time job is to make money and enrich themselves. Nowadays, college students have attached great importance to part-time jobs. Although money is a certain factor, more students should consider that the experience they hope to gain through part-time work is helpful for future employment. The flexibility of college students' working hours should be related to their relaxed learning environment. 56% people will choose to practice or work during the holidays, 30% people will choose any time when there is no class, 12% people will choose weekends. 3 1 people think that they are in favor of reasonable part-time or part-time internship on the basis of not affecting their studies, and 19 people are in favor of part-time and part-time work, and no one objects. 54% of the respondents suggested that schools should provide internship opportunities in addition to vocational guidance and professional courses, 22% thought schools should provide employment experience, 12% chose quality development and career planning.

(3) Analysis of survey results:

In the survey, it is found that no one chooses to participate in rural activities in social practice, which shows that compared with previous college students, contemporary college students have relatively superior learning experience, living conditions and social environment, and have not undergone the necessary frustration education.

Therefore, they are often weak-willed and have poor ability to overcome difficulties. They tend to have higher demands on society and lower demands on themselves. At present, college students' sense of responsibility has increasingly become a hot issue of social concern, and sense of responsibility and integrity have become two new standards for adopting talents in many places. College students' participation in social practice is an important measure to promote college students' quality education, strengthen and improve young students' ideological and political work, and guide students to grow up healthily. It is also an important way for students to contact, understand and serve the society, and to cultivate innovative spirit, practical ability and hands-on operation ability. The purpose of participating in the practice of "going to the countryside" is to support rural education and bring corresponding guidance to farmers. In line with the purpose of serving the people, at the same time, I combine the knowledge I have learned in school with my labor practice, and learn the truth of being a man and doing things from the masses, so as to know my future study, life and work. Today's college students, except some from rural areas, are mostly from cities. Often these students have a good family environment, and parents do not allow or support their children to participate in the so-called "three rural" practice activities. In this way, the purpose of improving students' quality through the practice of "going to the countryside" advocated by the school cannot be realized. In Marxist philosophy, the three views refer to world outlook, outlook on life and values, while individual world outlook, outlook on life and values are closely related. In the individual values system, life values are in a dominant position, which determines the overall value orientation and plays a guiding and restricting role in other values in the values system. Because the values of contemporary college students are mainly self-centered, they lack their own social experience and practical experience, let alone participate in the activities of "going to the countryside" to serve the people. In addition, no one chooses to oppose college students' part-time, summer jobs or internships. Everyone thinks that as long as they can accumulate experience without affecting their studies, they can lay the foundation for their future work. For contemporary college students, it is necessary to study professional knowledge hard, constantly improve their comprehensive quality and apply what they have learned.

Skills. There are only a few short years from the beginning of college life to entering the social circle. Who doesn't want to have a place in the future society? Therefore, people think that college students must devote themselves to various practical activities inside and outside the campus, which will help to train their quality and improve their ability. Obviously, it is of irrefutable importance to the improvement of college students' comprehensive quality. Admittedly, students who have had part-time job experience seem to be more mature and have stronger social adaptability than other students, but for students, social adaptability is only one of the criteria. The main task during the university period is the construction of academic structure, that is, the construction of knowledge structure and professional structure In order to work, it will affect or even give up the study of professional knowledge, and the result is not worth the candle.

Third, conclusions and suggestions.

Marxist philosophy holds that practice is a realistic material activity in which people consciously transform the objective world and make some changes to external things. Practice is a human activity, and people are social people, in a certain social relationship. Therefore, practice is not an isolated behavior of a single person, but a social activity. Therefore, practice, as a stage of the long-term development of the material world, is constantly evolving in social history. The subject of practice is the people. "Going to the countryside" is the deepening development of college students' social practice in the new period, and it is a useful supplement to promote the construction of two civilizations in rural areas, which has important practical and long-term significance. Practice leads to true knowledge. Social practice is an important part of college life. Cultivating contemporary college students' sense of historical mission, social responsibility and positive mental outlook, giving full play to the educational role of practice and improving their comprehensive quality are also the criteria for testing their theoretical knowledge. Social practice not only provides a stage for college students to display their talents and self-style, but also a ladder to cultivate and exercise their comprehensive ability, and it is also a training ground for college students before they step into society and take up their jobs. Understanding the national conditions is the primary task of young people, which requires watching 960.

Student Safety Survey Report 3 The frequent occurrence of food safety incidents in recent years has not only made "food safety" a well-known social hot word and the focus of everyone's attention, but also attracted the attention of all walks of life on food safety and greatly enhanced the people's awareness of food safety prevention. Children are the future of the motherland. How do primary and middle school students know about food safety today?

County Food Safety Committee, in combination with Food Safety Publicity Week, organized supervisors to conduct food safety knowledge survey among middle school students. It is hoped that through this survey, we can master their food safety awareness and its influencing factors, get relevant education on campus, provide scientific basis for carrying out targeted food safety science popularization and food safety supervision, and also improve students' food safety awareness.

I. Findings and analysis

In June, 20XX, the supervisors of our county conducted a questionnaire survey on food safety knowledge among 100 senior two students in Qiliying Town Middle School. A total of 65,438+000 questionnaires were distributed, 65,438+000 questionnaires were recovered and 65,438+000 questionnaires were valid.

According to the contents reflected in the statistical questionnaire, there are mainly the following situations:

(1) 265,438+0% people often talk about food safety with their families, classmates or friends, 32% people start talking about food safety because of frequent incidents, and 45% people only talk about it occasionally; 6% students learned about food safety in class, 67% students learned about food safety through network TV broadcasting, and 22% students learned about food safety through reading newspapers and magazines. The understanding of food safety terms such as QS (food quality and safety market access mark) accounts for 19%, and the understanding of HACCP (hazard analysis and critical control point) system accounts for 4%. 6% thought their food safety awareness was high, 75% was average, and 14% was poor.

Situation analysis: Middle school students pay little attention to food safety, and their awareness of self-prevention is not strong. 8 1% people don't know the terms related to food safety. Most of the knowledge they know about food safety comes from network TV broadcasting, which shows the lack of food safety education for middle school students. At present, students' information knowledge about food safety mainly comes from the Internet, television and parents. Although these media have improved students' knowledge of food safety and awareness of rights protection, they are still relatively weak. After all, the source of this knowledge is limited.

(2) All the senior three students in this school live on campus, and 22% students still choose to eat in small restaurants or mobile stalls outside the school. Among them, 8 1% thought it was better than the canteen, and 37% thought it was because the campus canteen was unsanitary.

Situation analysis: Most students think that the food in the campus canteen is not delicious, but they seldom pay attention to whether the food is hygienic and safe, which shows that consumers are not aware of safety.

(3) 57% buy food according to manufacturer, brand and place of origin, and 92% buy food according to production date and shelf life; Only 14% have never bought unsafe food, 7% often buy it, and 79% have it but rarely. Complaints about unsafe food to the relevant administrative departments accounted for 3. 5% and 55% are unlucky. 8%。

Situation analysis: Most students have the basic knowledge of buying food, but few people know to report unsafe food to the relevant departments. Most students choose to admit that they are unlucky and don't know how to protect their rights, which shows that the relevant functional departments have not publicized enough laws and regulations related to food safety.

(4) Most students are worried that non-edible oil such as gutter oil will flow into the dining table, food processing will be unclean, additives will be used illegally in food, and a few students are worried about bulk food hygiene and genetically modified food; Most people think that the current food safety problem in China is serious, showing a worsening trend, and it is necessary to strengthen supervision. They believe that food safety depends on the supervision of the administrative department, consumers need to raise their awareness of food safety, and enterprises that fail to meet food safety standards are severely punished, each accounting for one third.

Situation analysis: most students are careless about the quality of bulk food and unclear about genetically modified food, which shows that their ability to distinguish bulk food is still insufficient. 865,438+0% students don't know what QS is, and don't know that there is a requirement that ten kinds of food, such as bulk quick-frozen food, must be labeled with QS. Most of them still rely on government supervision to do a good job in food safety, and their safety awareness is not strong.

Ii. measures and suggestions

According to the above survey results and analysis, the following measures and suggestions are put forward:

(1) Strengthen publicity and education. Education begins with dolls. Food safety is a major basic livelihood issue related to everyone. Not only adults should learn food safety knowledge and relevant laws and regulations, but children should also learn some basic food safety knowledge from an early age. On the one hand, it is suggested to publicize food-related laws and regulations, health knowledge and common sense of consumption through blackboard newspaper, campus radio and campus fun cultural and sports activities. On the other hand, as a compulsory course for students, food safety courses are offered to systematically learn simple food safety knowledge and laws and regulations from planting, breeding, production and processing, circulation to catering services; On the other hand, relevant functional departments can attend classes regularly, carry out education on consumer rights protection, enhance students' self-protection ability and awareness of rights protection, and earnestly safeguard students' legitimate rights and interests. They can report unsafe food to relevant departments and unreasonable prices to Consumers Association.

(2) Strengthen inspection. Relatively speaking, students' awareness of consumer safety is relatively weak, and relevant functional departments should fulfill their duties and strengthen daily supervision. First, strictly supervise the campus canteen and catering service units around the campus. Focus on inspection and strict supervision from employee health, food safety knowledge training files, environmental sanitation, food incoming inspection and ticket system and its implementation, raw material storage, tableware cleaning and other contents. The second is to strictly supervise supermarkets and vendors in and around the campus. Relevant functional departments communicate and cooperate with each other, constantly rectify and standardize the business behavior of food vendors around campus, carry out joint law enforcement, carry out special rectification of food stores, supermarkets and restaurants around campus, investigate and deal with food operators selling fake and shoddy food, ban mobile vendors around campus, purify the consumption environment around campus, and ensure the food safety of students.

(3) Strengthen the guidance of public opinion. Media publicity is very important for children. They know that most food safety incidents come from TV or the Internet. They buy snacks and watch advertisements. Therefore, most students think that public opinion supervision should be adopted to improve students' food safety awareness. It is suggested that the media further strengthen food safety publicity, expose and report a large number of food safety incidents, create a good public opinion atmosphere, guide students to pay attention to food safety news reports, and stimulate students' enthusiasm for participating in food safety publicity.

The society is widely concerned, and all departments strengthen supervision and publicity to do a good job in campus food safety.
