2. Interview. Among those who pass the written test, the interview candidates are determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of 1: 3. Interview method: simulated class. The contents of the post skill test for pre-school teachers are as follows: ① Play the piano on the spot and sing by yourself (optional tracks); (2) self-selected tracks, self-editing and self-dancing. The scores of the two skills each account for 50%, and the total time is 10 minute.
3. Total score calculation. Calculate the total score according to the weight of 50% of written test scores and 50% of interview scores (that is, total score = written test score ×50%+ interview score ×50%).
When calculating the results, two decimal places are reserved by rounding.
