The National Unified Entrance Examination for Adult Colleges and Universities (hereinafter referred to as Adult College Entrance Examination) is an entrance examination for selecting qualified graduates from various adult colleges and universities in China to enter a higher level of academic education. Adult college entrance examination is a series of national education, which is included in the national enrollment plan, recognized by the state and unified nationwide enrollment examination. Adult higher education is divided into three types: junior college, senior high school, and junior college.
There are three forms of study in school: full-time, part-time and correspondence (from the autumn of 2025, the names of "correspondence" and "amateur" will no longer be used for continuing education in colleges and universities, and they will be unified as "part-time" adult college entrance examination registration in September each year, 10 late exam.

The examination time is announced by the provincial education entrance examination institutes, generally every year 10; All candidates who take the national unified examination, single-action and exemption from the examination must register.
Registration conditions:
1. ID card: original and photocopy of ID card. If you lose your ID card, you should go to the police station in time to apply for a photo of your household registration certificate, indicate your ID number at the same time, and reissue your ID card quickly to avoid delaying the exam.
2. Education certificate: the original and corresponding copy of my highest education diploma. According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education, candidates applying for junior college must hold junior college education or above.
3. Work unit certificate: Some majors in adult colleges have special requirements for enrollment targets. For example, many provinces require candidates who apply for full-time majors to issue certificates that their units agree to apply, and candidates who apply for medical majors must issue certificates from their counterparts.
Therefore, if candidates choose to apply for these majors with special requirements, they must prepare relevant work certificates in advance. If you are not registered at the place where your household registration is located, you also need to show your local work unit certificate or local temporary residence permit or residence permit.
