The party's mass line is "everything is for the masses, everything depends on the masses, from the masses, to the masses". The short twelve words highly summarize our party's ruling philosophy. This is the living soul of Mao Zedong Thought, and it is one of the important magic weapons for our party to lead the people of China to win the Agrarian Revolutionary War, War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the Liberation War, to establish a new China and to lead the people of the whole country to build Socialism with Chinese characteristics.

In the new period and new situation, how to maintain the advanced nature and purity of the Party, continue the revolution and strengthen the ruling ability, continue to follow the mass line, and how to serve the people wholeheartedly is another test before our Party. As a community worker who has worked at the grassroots level for more than ten years, I want to talk about my feelings and views on how to practice the party's mass line:

First, improve their own quality and serve the masses. As a community worker, first, we should strengthen the study of political theory knowledge, and only with a solid political theory foundation can we maintain a firm political stance. We should focus on studying the history of the Party, party constitution, the nature of the Party and current affairs and politics, maintain a high sense of political responsibility, and improve the sense of purpose of serving the people. The second is to strengthen the study of business knowledge and skills. With the progress of society and the changes of the times, the needs of the masses are becoming more detailed, more direct and more specific. Only by strengthening the understanding and familiarity with the work processes of various departments such as comprehensive management of community social security, social affairs, labor security, urban management, population and family planning, can we improve the level of serving the masses. The third is to strengthen the study of laws and regulations, especially those related to the vital interests of the masses, such as property management regulations, the law on the protection of minors, the law on the protection of the rights and interests of the elderly, the law on the protection of women's rights and interests, and the trade union law. Only through learning can we improve the ability of administration according to law, organization and coordination, and emergency handling, enhance the awareness of serving the people, and further improve the ability to serve the masses.

Second, serve the masses with sincerity, affection and righteousness. As a community worker, we should go into thousands of households, go deep into residents' homes to learn more, investigate more and study more, and really understand what they think and do from residents. They need our help, what they think and want, and really play the role of the party as a link between them and the people. Properly handle and solve the contradictions, disputes and demands of residents, effectively solve the practical difficulties and problems encountered by residents in production and life, and serve the masses wholeheartedly. Only when community workers are good people can they serve the residents sincerely and solve their own problems. The interests of the masses are no small matter. Things that can be solved are solved on the spot, and things that cannot be solved are collected in time and reflected to superiors. Really do practical things and do good things for residents.

Third, expand the connotation of work and serve the masses. As community workers, we should take the convenience of the masses as the starting point and focus, innovate working methods and methods, and constantly sublimate the service concept. First, expand the field of serving the masses, improve the comprehensive service environment of the community, change the windows close to the masses such as population and family planning, social affairs, labor security, city appearance and sanitation, fire safety and comprehensive management of social security into comprehensive offices, and strengthen the management of one-stop service platforms. Second, actively integrate superior resources and improve the service mechanism for the people. Service content, standards, procedures, time limit, responsibilities, etc. Through issuing service guides, publishing service telephone numbers, rights and responsibilities, etc., the system and practice of service commitment, first inquiry, full agency, time-limited completion and timely feedback will be fully implemented to continuously improve service quality and efficiency. Generally speaking, only by strengthening the cultivation of their own quality, strengthening the study of professional knowledge, strengthening the shaping of their own image, and strengthening the implementation of their sense of responsibility, can community workers better serve the residents and be recognized and affirmed by the residents.
