Xinyang Vocational and Technical College is located in the new urban area of Xinyang City, Henan Province, which is known as "Jiangbei Jiangnan", with convenient transportation and beautiful environment. The school inherits Henan Daoli Normal School, which was founded in 1903 and has been running for more than 1 10 years. In 2004, with the approval of Henan Provincial People's Government, the Ministry of Education put it on record. It was formed by the merger of Xinyang Education College of Xinyang Normal School, a national key secondary vocational school founded in 1950.
