The training of police assistants includes pre-job training, promotion training and regular training.

1, pre-job training.

Newly-employed police auxiliary personnel should carry out basic ability training around the basic qualities and abilities needed to perform their duties, and the training time should not be less than 15 days.

Among them, loyalty and mass line education, public regulations education, discipline style education, professional norms education, etiquette norms education, physical fitness standards of service police assistants and police technical and tactical training adopt centralized training methods, which are organized by municipal bureaus and county (sub-) bureaus for no less than 5 days; Business knowledge and job skills shall be trained separately and organized by auxiliary departments for no less than 10 days.

2. Promotion training.

3. Regular training.
