Newly-employed police auxiliary personnel should carry out basic ability training around the basic qualities and abilities needed to perform their duties, and the training time should not be less than 15 days.
Among them, loyalty and mass line education, public regulations education, discipline style education, professional norms education, etiquette norms education, physical fitness standards of service police assistants and police technical and tactical training adopt centralized training methods, which are organized by municipal bureaus and county (sub-) bureaus for no less than 5 days; Business knowledge and job skills shall be trained separately and organized by auxiliary departments for no less than 10 days.
2. Promotion training.
Before the police auxiliary personnel are promoted to the post level, the ability improvement training is organized by the municipal bureau and the county (sub-) bureau around the rank ability and post ability demand, and the training time is not less than 7 days. The training content mainly includes political theory, anti-corruption, public laws and regulations, professional knowledge and organization and coordination ability.
3. Regular training.
Focusing on the development of public security business and the demand of post ability, we will regularly carry out knowledge updating training, mainly focusing on police training and departmental training, supplemented by centralized training organized by municipal bureaus and counties (sub-bureaus), and the annual training time is not less than 7 days. The training content is set according to the job needs and the job responsibilities of police assistants, with the focus on updating professional skills.
