I didn't report it in the third grade, but I suggest you report it if you have time. As for teachers, I've heard about both of them. They are both famous teachers who learn and think, but I haven't attended Jeff's class, only Zhu Tao's class a few times, so I can't compare them, but I guess the two teachers are almost the same ~
