Love is the Best Life Form —— Thoughts on Listening to Teacher Zhou's Lecture
In my opinion, the most touching thing about Mr. Zhou is his attitude towards work. He enthusiastically examines every link of teaching and education activities. Because of love, you can keep your eyes open and pay attention everywhere; Because of love, I can think positively and never stop. He is a person who constantly discovers problems, and he is also a person who actively solves problems and constantly optimizes solutions.

It is hard for me to say that he loves "education" because he has never expressed his understanding and feelings about education. He doesn't mention students, and he doesn't mention the social values that are most easily touched in our profession. But in each vivid case, it is not difficult for us to judge that Mr. Zhou's students are happy and rewarding. Just because he doesn't mention it doesn't mean he isn't.

His love seems to be more strongly involved in the unremitting realization of personal value and the endless excavation of personal vitality. His love is not so much work as life itself; What he said is not so much the attitude and methods of work and scientific research as teaching us how to treat and plan our lives.

First, give yourself the initiative to grow.

For many teachers, from the initial confusion, difficult exploration and long-term struggle, to the later job burnout, and then to the right step by step, it is almost a "growth" vein in one go, but most of the growth is only age.

In the lecture, Mr. Zhou joked that it seems unintentional, but in fact it contains profound meaning: how to make yourself stand out from the crowd by doing nothing?

Perhaps it is because the subject of Chinese is deeply influenced by traditional culture. In the circle of China people, most teachers are modest and introverted, maintaining the spiritual tradition of traditional literati who are indifferent and complacent. Compared with other subjects, China people are more relaxed and free. But for the modern spirit, the enterprising Faust may be more worthy of praise. In modern culture, there is no shame in being different. On the contrary, it is an important dimension to measure a person's life value.

Dare to be different, it is possible to actively seek self-development, let yourself move towards a higher, faster and stronger realm in a limited life, constantly release energy, tap potential, and finally realize yourself.

With such "ambition", there is an inexhaustible motive force for self-development. Although external pressure is effectively utilized, the active growth demand from within is the most fundamental force to help us overcome difficulties.

Second, the key to active growth: planning.

Planning is a management art, managing time, energy and wisdom. Teacher Zhou said that for front-line teachers, the first growth is to gain a firm foothold on the podium and become an experienced teacher, which usually takes eight years; The second growth is to become an expert teacher, which takes about fifteen years or more.

Personal qualifications are different, and time points cannot be generalized. But when I saw such a clear career plan, I couldn't help but feel disappointed: how lucky I would be if I had such guidance from my predecessors in the early stage of my career.

For many new teachers, if they have enough planning consciousness, they will not let themselves be blind and depressed in the first few years of their careers. On the contrary, all experiences of success and failure will become meaningful. Because I stand tall enough to know that this stage is my only stage, I can face everything with a more peaceful and positive attitude, not being dragged by temporary emotions and not indulging in frustrated emotions. A clear sense of growth can help us transcend the gains and losses of one place at a time without being confused or confused.

After the accumulation of quality and scale in the previous stage, when we start the breakthrough in the second stage, everything will become logical.

Third, actively study and think to maintain a healthy and prosperous life.

In the whole process, active learning and thinking are the most practical prescriptions for "prolonging life". When we have the need for active development, "thinking" will become instinct. But just let thinking stay in the "initial" stage of inspiration, the value it brings to us becomes very limited. Every time I train and study, when I hear that many experts and scholars agree with me, I will be extremely excited, but I am deeply ashamed. My thinking is fragmented, unsystematic and unable to go deep. Only through continuous reading, with the help of new ideas, knowledge systems and cognitive methods, can the seeds of "Lingguang" take root and sprout and bloom beautiful flowers.

During the whole listening process, I admired Mr. Zhou's powerful language expression ability and was deeply impressed by his familiarity with quoting some knowledge frames. The significance of the theory probably lies in making our grasp of the problem more accurate and penetrating, and prompting us to go deeper.

Therefore, it will be my most important thing to keep reading, read a lot, read hot spots and read many subjects.

Fourth, writing is the best way to leave traces.

I knew the importance of "output" when I read Yu Yingchao's articles, but I was too lazy to persist. Even after teaching for several years, my hands are empty and my heart is in a panic. This time, Mr. Zhou showed sincerity, which can be described as "hands-on" teaching us how to find writing opportunities at work. After listening to the reasons for the paper, people are cold-blooded. Teacher Zhou's golden sentence is enough to make me feel ashamed: all my achievements were made in my busy schedule. After all, "busy" is just a fig leaf of "lazy".

Take the initiative to grow, plan well and invest a lot. These three points are like a beautiful offensive process in a football match. Kick-off, passing, passing, tearing the defense, cutting into the heart, and "sticking to the output" are the last steps. No matter how beautifully the attack is played, without volley this time, no matter how perfect the technology and cooperation are, it can only be drowned in a sigh of regret.

"Writing" is the most important link to realize all your efforts and efforts. More importantly, these written things will spread and radiate to a larger crowd, produce greater value and contribute to the whole education and teaching activities. From this point of view, "writing" is a kind of responsibility, responsible for yourself and the cause you are engaged in.

Teacher Zhou has a strong sense of writing and will never let go of the clues in his works. Perhaps it is this "writing" impulse that forces him to think and study harder.

These are my thoughts after listening to the lecture, probably because my heart is too restless and my words are rude. But in fact, I was influenced by more than that, and Mr. Jing Jie's heartfelt sigh that "this is not what it used to be." It turns out that a person who is constantly surging with passion and love can have such a vigorous life form, such as the source water, which is silent and rushing.

I have to sigh again that people who concentrate on practice exude a charming atmosphere.

This year is my lucky year. I have met several such people, both at school and in teaching and research activities. It was not until middle age that I was able to let go of my arrogance and realize that there are so many worthy examples in the world. Looking back on these years like a frog in a well, it's really embarrassing. Fortunately, not far from getting lost, I can still catch up with people I know.

Thank you sincerely! I also sincerely thank Mr. Li for giving me such a precious learning opportunity.

Why are you happy to be a world? Don't make this life empty.
