The Development Course of Chinese Pinyin

Chinese Pinyin appeared as an auxiliary tool to help people read men.

It is a Chinese Pinyin Scheme officially promulgated by People's Republic of China (PRC) (China), which was studied and formulated by the former China Character Reform Committee and the Chinese Pinyin Scheme Committee of the State Language Commission during the character reform period from 1955 to 1957.

This pinyin scheme is mainly used to mark the pronunciation of Putonghua and Chinese as the phonetic symbol of Chinese characters. On February 1958, the National People's Congress approved and announced the plan.

1982 has become the international standard of Chinese Roman alphabet spelling in ISO7098. Some overseas Chinese areas, such as Singapore, also use Chinese Pinyin in Chinese teaching.

In September 2008, Taiwan Province Province of China decided to change the policy of Chinese transliteration from universal pinyin to Chinese pinyin, and all parts related to Chinese transliteration will require the use of Chinese pinyin, which will be implemented in 2009.
