Therefore, according to the actual situation of our school and the characteristics of students, the post of "Class Duty Week" was set up in the fifth and sixth grade classes. This post consists of four specific posts: school etiquette post, quiet school post after school, corridor security post and square civilization post. Some junior students may have a fear of teachers, and teachers' teaching will put pressure on them, so it will be very effective to let big brothers and big sisters guide them.

2. Class management

As a big family, a school is composed of classes, so class management plays a vital role in school management. As an extension of "Mr. Xiao", "30 posts of behavior cultivation" solves the problem that teachers can't cover everything in daily teaching and life management. "Mr. Xiao" in different positions in each class finally determines the candidates through his own application and student election. According to the different fields of post responsibility, it is divided into three major posts: discipline small post, study small post and life small post. It is not enough for a school to obtain the motive force of sustainable development only from management, and the perfection of the system is the fundamental way. Due to the merger of the two schools and the duplication of managers, I first made a clear division of labor in the administrative management of the school, and at the same time advocated that the division of labor should not be separated, so that all administrative personnel could perform their duties and match their responsibilities and rights; Then, through the problem-based promotion, all the faculty and staff are mobilized to put forward the problems existing in the daily work of the school, and by the way, better solutions are put forward to continuously improve the management system.
