Personal. According to the official website of Jiangmen Education Bureau, Xinhui Chen Jinglun Middle School is wholly owned by visiting industrialist and philanthropist Chen Jinglun. The first phase cost more than HK$ 20 million and was completed in June 1988. At the beginning of the school, there were five teaching buildings, which were private high schools.
