In recent years, our city regards the development of pre-school education as a major livelihood project and strategic foundation project for education development, constantly increasing financial input, constantly improving educational facilities, optimizing the allocation of educational resources and improving the quality of education.

According to the Notice of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Provincial Department of Finance and the Provincial Department of Education on Printing and Distributing the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Kindergarten Charge Management in Gansu Province (No.2013) 187) and the letter from the Provincial Development and Reform Commission (No.313).

First, the charging standard

Our city adjusted the charging standard of day care and conservation education for provincial model kindergartens from 330 yuan/month birth to 380 yuan/month birth.

Two, kindergarten care fees belong to administrative fees, income paid in full to the financial accounts, the implementation of "two lines of revenue and expenditure" management.

Educational institutions shall strictly implement the tariff publicity system, and publicize the tariff standard, examination and approval authority and document number, complaint telephone number and other related contents in a prominent position of the company's tariff.

Three. This notice shall be implemented as of the autumn of 2022.

If it is inconsistent with this notice before, it shall be implemented according to the provisions of this notice, and other matters shall still be implemented according to (Tianfa Reform Fee) No.2015) No.638.
