What is the ideological trend of naturalistic education management?
The research on "the management view of natural harmonious education" is a process from a little knowledge to continuous exploration and understanding. Although the author has not fully understood his theoretical viewpoints due to his limited academic literacy, he has gained a new understanding of educational management research, educational management theory and practice, leadership decision-making and organizational learning through exploratory research. More importantly, from the perspective of the integration of natural science knowledge and social science knowledge, natural coherence integrates cognitive psychology, neuroscience and educational management, which broadens our horizons and will have a positive impact on the theoretical research and practice of educational management in China to a certain extent.
