Be able to conscientiously perform the duties of a tutor, understand and master the policies and regulations of the state and schools on professional degree postgraduate education, and have good professional ethics and professionalism. 3. It has strong influence and good social reputation in this industry and meets one of the following conditions:

(1) with senior professional and technical titles or master's degree or above and intermediate technical titles for 3 years.
